I found out 25 years ago that Naser Diamonds would and still is the one place I trust to purchase anything from quality affordable, mid priced beautifully designed choices, to stunning high end jewelry. Eli, owner of the Bedford store, is in a class of his own. His sincere, honest approach to all his clients, be it from repairs to purchasing, to creating unique one of a kind pieces, amazes me and all are treated with the same respect in his and his team's desire to understand what you are looking for. I brought in a ring purchased out of the country that I decided wasn't exactly what I wanted. It is very important to love the jewelry you wear or you won't wear it. I needed it 'rearranged' quickly. Right there, he did it, understanding my feelings, the time crunch and my desire to make me love it instead of just liking it. Eli understood it and right then and there, worked on it using his creative talent, which is amazing, reassuring me all will be fine. My ring became what I wanted, This personal touch, together with his innate understanding of what the client is asking for by sitting down with you and 'listening'. There are many other situations over the years he and his team has helped me design new pieces or found the right purchase for the right time, while the price points are most fair and competitive in the market. All this....is what customer satisfaction is about. I feel If one has an issue that in their mind needs addressing, a complaint, or dissatisfaction, go back to get that issue addressed. We purchased my engagement ring through them during the pandemic, March of 2020. Things always look different when you purchase them online...but I was tickled pink with it... absolutely gorgeous! Not long after buying it my finger swelled and I broke out. It didn't make sense, I'd worn white gold all my life without issue. We brought it back, he (the owner) brought it up a size. Two weeks later we were back with the same issue. This time it was decided we would have the ring done over in platinum. Some jewelery stores use more nickel in white gold than others. While we were having it done over we also decided to change the setting. The ring was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. He sent me a video of the process so I was kept in the loop. To make a long story short, here we are 10 months later and I'm still having issues... I'm seeing a dermatologist who can't even figure it out. Yesterday July 23rd we went back and explain what steps we had taken and what we had gone through. He filed the band down a bit and polished it off. I wore it to bed for the first time without issue, my finger finally feels like it's healing! I don't know of any jewelery who would go above and beyond as they have... still, almost a year later they're taking care of a customer! I applaud the hard work and dedication of Naser Diamonds! If you're out looking for that special someone, or any jewelery for that matter... go with Naser, you won't ever regret it! When I came, I saw these gloating reviews. It was too good to be true. Completely rip off is the only thing I have to say about them. I got my ring sized from a 7 to a 5.25. They took 4 days to do it. When I got another one sized they did it within 40 minutes earlier this year. That's not even the worst part. They are thieves to say the least. NASER Diamonds took out 4 small diamonds out of my ring. Not only that, they replaced the whole band to a silver metal and not 10k gold. They stole the diamonds and gold. I knew when I saw the ring something was most definitely off. This is a serious allegation and I fully put my honesty into this. I would give them no stars if I could.

Dear NASER Diamonds, please do not ask for $70 to size my ring while you replace the whole entire GOLD band with silver painted yellow and take out four diamonds. You did not give back my gold or diamonds nor tell me. This is absurd just because I am young does not mean I am stupid. You have literally stolen 4 diamonds and a gold band from me and had the nerve to charge me $70. Thanks, Your very unhappy customer

I do not think anyone should ever bring any jewelry to them. If you have anything worth something, do not, I repeat do not give them it because they will steal from you! All these reviews must be self made because the only thing they make is counterfeit rings, they will take your gold and diamonds and then charge you for it. This is illegal and...
