New Beginnings Church — Attraction in Bedford

I was amazed at how unfriendly the pastor and his wife were over the course of a 2 days when I came for a poorly attended evangelism conference. The pastor walked right by me several times as did his wife and she even sat near me for 2 days and didn’t bother to meet me or even say hello to me. I know it was obvious I was new bc actually a couple members of the church went out of their way to welcome me. The pastor’s wife, even after she’d learned that I’d been cut and needed a first aid cut didn’t show any concern or care. I’m not offended, but am just surprised and shocked and am sharing this review in hopes that someone in the leadership body will read it and do something about the high levels of inhospitableness. Pray, ask the Lord, and see if this is an issue with the pastoral leadership. I understand that the pastoral body cannot be everything to everyone, 3 out of 5 in my family are pastors…but a simple, “Hello.” “I haven’t seen you here before, welcome.” This is low investment...

I was very disappointed in this church. The music was extremely loud and was like going to a rock concert with lip service to how great the Jewish people are and how much they love Israel and you can be rich and successful just like a Jew if you read and follow the Torah. And each volunteer wore t-shirts revealing what level of commitment they give to the church so you would know who was the bettter volunteer. I dont think that was the message our Jewish Messiah was teaching. We can be successful in His kingdom if we spent our time making disciples and building a deep close relationship with Yahweh. This church was all about being entertained and building the church, it was like a fancy country club. An intercessor to God. I was waiting for Rabbi Lapin to explain why he would never teach there on a Saturday but maybe its because they dont believe in the Jewish Shabbat, just their get rich by...

I had such a wonderful experience in this church !! The Praise and worship was incredible .The Pastors wife did the sermon today, which was just what I needed. It was moving, she was funny and seemed like a friend was talking to me. It touched me her testimony of healing,and I truly felt the presence of God in this church. I was leaving and met an amazing woman who shared her testimony with me and prayed with me. I left feeling uplifted and 🙌 blessed. , I do believe they are uplifting God and bringing people hope and Bible teaching. I am glad I listened to the Lord nudging me to just go and see if this is...
