Have dealt with Sonsray many years bought many machines from Mike Titus out there and Ronnie. John and Steve in service at Sonsray were amazing and responsive kept my business running and profitable built a life long relationship over 15 plus years serviced me the same from when I only had one backhoe to multiple.
Fast forward 3 years moved to Texas started another dirt business still running case equipment. Instance #1) 2022 case 580 super n lost a seal in a swing cylinder out in Lancaster Tx at 600 hours called Asco no help passed around no calls back. Called parts could not figure out was seals I needed uneducated service department had to order seals from Stockton California Sonsray and rebuild cylinder myself.
Instance #2) Reached out to Asco to buy a new excavator as I was in need no call back from salesman treated like absolute no body not even a response back bought a cat instead.
Instance #3) Drove out to Asco Fort Worth with my son backhoe needed a 1000 hour service, spoke with the service manager in his office, who cares what his name was, took down my name my number and said he’d email me a quote. As per usual worthless Asco employees and service still not a single email or call in regard to that service. I have also reached out and left him a voicemail as a follow up. Still nothing. I have zero faith in Asco as a case dealer.(Also Sonsray Stockton provided them my vin on the spot and all info he asked for via my direct line to the store manager Ronnie.)
Case equipment should be ashamed that a slouch of a dealership like Asco represents them. They need more dealers like Sonsray who pride themselves in providing service to their customers and keep their customers working.maybe that manager will call me back one day from Asco he was pretty busy sitting in his office though lmao....
Read moreThis particular ASCO in Euless, hired me on as a general mechanic, knowing that I was a fully disabled vet, with physical disabilities that slowed me down. I already work at a fast pace. They promised to train me up and give me the time I needed to aclimate to the different types of equipment they had. Previously I was a concrete pump mechanic and welder. In less than 3 months, ai had 4 bays full of equipment that I was waiting on parts for and was let go by a shop manager that was shortly terminated after myself with the only reason being that I was "too slow." When I asked them what the real reason was and made my point about the full bays, they wouldn't say anything. The same winner asked me to sign paperwork that said I was voluntarily quitting so as to avoid any backlash from the state. The GM also left shortly after the shop Manager. Seems to be a ton of internal corporate issues here at this location. They need to stop repping vets, like so many other companies do, to make themselves try and look good. Their wasn't a single task or job that I passed up and took everything they could throw at me. I got zero training or crash course the entire time I was there. I personally heard about and dealt with multiple customers, complaining about how what they needed and what was done, at the shop, was over priced and how the company did not meet expectations. Most of the mechanics there and parts guy were very experienced and great to work with....
Read moreAn employee of ours accidentally pulled an electrical harness loose from one of the street brooms we use every friday at 5am (it was 3 pm on Thursday) rendering it useless. He called ASCO where we bought the broom and they said theyd have it fixed by noon tomorrow- great service, but in our case, it was going to be too late. Shortly after, we got a call from Will saying he found the part in stock and that we could come get it now. Its a pretty obscure part so I think he scavenged a new part from a new broom and of course will replace it with another new one, but this got us up and running again! Thank you Will at ASCO for bending over backwards to help us out! This kind of service will keep us coming back. Great staff means...
