Its always refreshing to find someone local who isnt afraid to step away from a challenge. Amy and her team took on a big project (80'x58') for me and well passed my expectations. No box store would touch my poster and a few handy man guys just couldnt sell me on having them build a wooden frame. I brought my poster down and she instantly had me feeling at ease and told me what she thought after explaining everything. Took less time than I thought and the price was very reasonable for the time they put into it and the products I got in return! Usually, when I start telling a family story to people I don't know behind the register, they say things like "next, is there something else I can do for you, or physically turn me around and say, "Run along now. I'm sure someone is missing you". Not the folks at Sullivan Framing! We stood around for a bit and shared funny stories and had a good laugh. Then when I returned my wife's framed picture, we stood around and told some more funny stories. It's that kind of place. So pleased with my first framing experience at Sullivan! Nancy spent at least an hour with me calmly but meticulously going through frame and matting options until we settled on a combination that complements several of my late great-aunt's watercolor pieces and is modern enough for my office. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the client service and quality of the finished products, and they were finished totally on schedule. Looking forward to having more of my aunt's art framed...
