Pleasant service, decent food, and so-so pricing.

I went in a little before 8am (rush hour for a coffee shop), and the staff were all hands on deck. They were all doing something and none seemed to have an attitude about it. Unlike most places right now, they seemed relatively well-staffed which I presume probably helps staff morale.

The cinnamon sugar cronut I had was delicious! It tasted very much like fried dough you’d get at a state fair. The bagel I had was also very good (from what I could eat of it), but a pain to eat as it had a significant amount of parchment or wax paper stuck to the bottom. I presume they are set or cooked on the paper and peeled off, but it looks like this bagel took a lot of paper with it when peeled (see photo). It was VERY stuck onto the bagel, so I peeled off what I could and ended up eating around the rest. It was a definitely a New York style bagel, and a fairly good one for NH at that.

The prices for the coffee, toasts, and cronuts were a little steep, but the bagel and breakfast sandwiches seemed very reasonable. I know they are ‘on par’ price-wise with other specialty coffee shops, so I can’t really complain. But it makes it difficult to make this place anything more than a special treat stop. WOW 😳! Go early! Very popular! After trying the coffee ☕ and a double chocolate doughnut 🍩, I can see why! Long line that went outside the door! Large and friendly staff! I didn't bother taking a photo of the pastries and bagels, they kept selling out! WOW 😳, the coffee ☕ packs a kick!!!!!!! 🎵 Shakin' all over! 🎵 I had a great conversation between two couples, one lady actually knew the owner. I met the owner and I showed her the article from the Hippo 🦛 Press 🗞️ newspaper. She jokingly offered to autograph it! I loved the "The Beatles Yellow 🟡 Submarine" poster! I wasn't asked if I wanted anything in my coffee ☕ and I forgot to ask. They were so friendly when I asked for for cream. Update: March -April 2025; The French Press and Aero-Press coffee is great 👍! I enjoyed my regular, Easter, Toasted Coconut 🥥 and Cinnamon Cronuts! The Dubai Chocolate Cruffin was very sweet. The place is noisy even though the music 🎶 is at a reasonable level 🎚️. EDIT: Got a personal message from the owner insisting I change this review and also insisting that I've never been inside the location in Bedford, which is not only inappropriate, but incorrect. I purposely made a trip to the Bedford location just to see if the place was any better, and frankly, it isn't. The source is just as bad as the cafe location. I haven't been to anything flight related in well over a year and the owner is just now contacting me. Really points out how well things are going for them.

I came in to the Dover Location, and I'll preface this review with the fact that it is gorgeous in there. This place has a ton of potential. However, the product doesn't hold up. I ordered both a Latte for while I was there, and got a cold brew coffee to go. The lattee was both sour and far more bitter than it should have been, and way overpriced for what you got. I couldn't finish it. I got the cold brew next to see if they would have better luck with that, and that just tasted like coffee that was put in the refrigerator.
