Belleville Library is the Best Library! The library is the focal point to the vast part of our community. Belleville library has array of books and departments that are available for use to the public. There’s a huge section for our children, teens, adults and seniors. I know there’s so many different facets to a library. I came in looking to purchase Childrens Dictionary’s. I found Two children Dictionary’s for the children. I was looking to purchase as many as possible for my students. To my surprise the library staff assisted me with finding books I can actually copy for my students to help educate them on life skills. I am in need of the Children Dictionary for my Special Needs students. If you know anyone who has use children Dictionary with a large font and photo images and no one is using the dictionary I will purchase. I sincerely appreciate all the help and assistance your library staff gave. Your staff is Daily committed to helping others. The library is the hub of the community....

Love this library! We've been to many libraries in the metro Detroit area before we moved to this side of town. I think this library may be our very favorite just based on the friendliness of the staff alone. Other libraries have newer facilities or bigger locations or bigger parking lots or more programming, but the people here really seem to love their jobs and this library just feels so comfy and like home. There is a lot of used books for sale, and frequent programs for kids and adults. This seems to be a local center for this town.

The kids area has computers and some toys for little ones to play with too.

Overall we love it! Parking lot is small but there is extra parking on the slow side street and in the municipal lot across the little side street, a short walk. ...

The directors, staff, employees and volunteers of the Belleville Area District Library (BADL) are courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to assist patrons.

Whether your family consists of 1 or 21 members there are book clubs, lectures, programs, and activities for all ages, with something for everyone to enjoy and learn from.

BADL is also a buffet of information with postcards and flyers (advertising upcoming local events), handouts and pamphlets from local, county, state and federal agencies and a large bulletin board with notices and various postings.
