This was the only store I could find that had the vape I wanted. I went in last week and spoke to a manager and they were out. He told me to call this week. I did and the person (female) who was working said yes they had it. I went up there. The price changed from what she initially told me it was. When I handed her the cash she handed me my bills back and asked me if I wanted the change. The change was $.74. I’m thinking holidays toys for tots round up. And I was like no. Then she told me some people just don’t want the change. Grant it $.74 is not gonna make or break me but when I realized it was not some kind of charity other than her own pocket I was kind of upset. I recently went looking for a new smoke shop that sells THC carts since moving out to Belleville and after going to 4 different stores this was by far the best one. The store is aboslutely gorgeous, neat and clean. Ali (the shops owner) was absolutely outstanding with fulfilling all of my needs! They have a wide variety of different items vapes and oils that can cover any smokers needs. on top of that THEY ARE THE ONLY SMOKE SHOP IN BELLEVILLE THAT SELLS THC CARTS!! while everyone else only has up to CBD. Ali was kind and giving and took time out of his day to educate me on things i had no idea about. This is FOR SURE my new spot and i will be bringing all of my friends here to shop. I received a vape that was already opened. When I went back in to exchange it, they would not give me a new one because “I could’ve tampered with it”. Took the loss, but when I went to hit it, guess what, it was not hitting. Maybe train your workers to pay closer attention to the products when stocking and getting rid of ones where the seal was already opened.
