My sons prom was on Friday, May 14, 2021. I placed an order for a corsage for his girlfriend on Monday, May 10, 2021. The older lady I spoke at that time said that the corsage would be ready for pick-up at 1:00 pm on 5/14/21. I am assuming she was the owner. On Wednesday, two days later, I called the floral shop to change the corsage from a wrist corsage to an arm corsage. The young girl I spoke to said it would be no problem at all and I could still pick it up that Friday at 1.
I arrive at 2:00 pm on 5/14/21 to pick up the corsage, was greeted by a young girl who worked there and she said, " hold on. I have to go get the other girl that is making your flower. The older lady came out and I am assuming she was the owner, and asked me if I wanted the spiral arm design or what. She asked me how I wanted it to look. I said, " You are not finished with my corsage?!" She said, " no I am not finished because I didn't know how you wanted this to look." I replied, " WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME EARLIER? WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL ME YESTERDAY, which would have been Thursday. She gave me excuses as to why the flower wasn't finished.
I will never go there again! Never! This was very poor business! I mean to promise a pick up date and not even have it ready. I had a lot of things to do that day. They didn't even offer me a discount for my inconvenience. WHAT A JOKE! I will go to...
Read moreFlowers were delivered in a timely manner & recipient loved them, however the message on the card had some misspelled words (I spelled them correctly when placing order and checked spelling and grammar many times). Also, the flowers were very underwhelming, unlike the beautiful bouquet shown on website. I understand that if those exact flowers are not available, others are used and nothing will look exactly like image on a website, however the bouquet did not look full at all, the flowers were old, and a large, cheap, plastic bow was placed on vase, unlike silk ribbon shown in image. It was also supposed to include a dozen white roses as shown in image, and I could spot at most 5. For a $60 bouquet, I definitely was not impressed. These were sympathy flowers, therefore I wanted everything to be perfect so it is a shame that it was not.
Response to owner: I have no problem with other flowers being used when certain ones are not available, however when the bouquet is not full and when the flowers are old, that is different. I would be happy to call, thank...
Read moreI usually don't write reviews but I was pretty disappointed in my last experience with Garden Fantasy. I went in to get flowers for my wife's and I Anniversary. I explained that to the gentleman who greeted me. He asked "how much you looking to spend?" I told him $30-$40. I let him know what my wife's favorite colors were and he went to work making an arrangement. I was charged $40. The arrangement seemed a little skimpy but I wasn't paying much attention as I had my 4yo with me and I was kind of in a rush. Later that day, I give the flowers to my wife, and I then realized how small the arrangement was when she put them in the same vase she always uses for her flowers. I was charged $40 for 12 flowers. 7 pink roses and 5 pink daisy's. I've gotten way more flowers from Garden Fantasy before just spending $25 and I figured I'd get a decent amount spending $40.
