I had been here for waxing. They do a horrible job at it. I scheduled an appointment expecting they would at least give me enough time. But no, they barely "operated" on me for 5 mins max and rushed to attend other customers. First off, two off them wax you 'together'. Yes, they don't show enough decency to treat you like a human being. You're just a job they need to get done with. They ask me to change into so dirty looking robe. Then they start, two ladies, doing two legs together, followed by two arms together and then two underarms together!! It was a nightmare! They apply steaming hot wax (not bothering to check if its too hot for you) and pull off the hair on both legs simultaneously! Its like cleaning a kitchen sink with tough stains - they put all the force together assuming the surface is going to handle it! I came home with bleeding underarms! Secondly, they very obviously are saving on the disposable wax strips. Even when there is a thick layer of wax already stuck on the strip, they keep using it until they have covered every bare space on both its sides. It looks gross! Those strips are not even expensive man! The worst part is no one bothers of comforting you.. Leave alone comforting, they don't even talk to you.. Since they work in pairs, they keep chatting in their native language while you keep staring at the wall (there is nothing interesting in the room to stare at) and hope that it gets over soon.. Made my appointment on their online site !!and had a great experience doing it it was on time and there was no customer before and she was cleaning everything which I felt super safe during this COVID-19 time!! Everything looked super clean in the salon was very hygienic everything was being disinfected and sanitised when I walked in she disinfected my clothes and my hands and took my temperature and had hands Sanitiser throughout the store they also had masks and gloves provided for you. This is my first time going there and I highly recommend it to anyone I got my waxing done and when I walked in the room and sheets were being changed and on top of the sheets there was another sheet on top a ( a waxing sheet ) put on and it was thrown away after my service!! I also noticed how the waxing lids were being changed which I feel really good about because the last place I used to go to rollers were not being changed and I was super concerned during this COVID-19 Time..

I really recommend this place to anyone who is scared to go to a salon during COVID-19 because they are taking all precautions and disinfecting I even watched from my car and all the chairs that have been touch door handles where are being cleaned!!!

Please save your time and dignity and avoid this place. I called her at 11.50am for an appointment for 2pm or later and she asked me to instead come in 30 min at 12:30pm. I thought it’s ok, and started my 20 mile drive to this place! I reached the place 3 min late exact and she acted very rude! Told me “ you are late so come at 3:30pm or tomorrow!”. I told her I was coming from far but she behaved very rude treating me like a student being treated by a strict teacher as though I have committed a sin! (She never told me that she was planning to finish my services in 3 min). Not sure who was the customer here, lol!

I then found another salon very close by (Urvashi beauty international) that takes walk-in and does a better job and for lesser price! Please go there and get better service than going to this unprofessional place!

I was their repeat costumer for 3+ years before since this was the only place I knew and she is definitely not gentle! Is always in a hurry!

After this incident, I’m never going back and would suggest everyone who needs to be respected not to go too.
