Amazing head spa — Local services in Bellevue

DO NOT COME HERE. I scheduled an appointment online with their website for my sisters birthday this weekend. I called and asked if they do gift cards or gift certificates she said yes. So we went in a few weeks ago to get the gift certificate and we walk in and this is where it starts to go wrong. The lady there on the weekends speaks not a LICK of English and I tried telling her what I needed. She takes her phone with translation and shoves it in my face almost smacking me in the mouth. After going back and forth on TRANSLATION APP FOR PROBABLY 20 minutes she finally figure out what I’m trying to say. Once it came down to payment she was fighting with us that we needed to pay cash or send her money through Zelle. I’m not doing either of that after the whole issue and I wanted a paper copy receipt so no. Finally I yelled at her to use the card reader right infront of her. I had to push the button to get my own receipt because she didn’t want to give it to me. Finally my sister comes in today for her appointment and it’s the same lady that doesn’t speak English and shoves the phone in my sisters face. Tells my sister that she doesn’t have an appointment when she dose I scheduled one and continues to go back and forth with her on translate saying that she isn’t giving my sister an appointment that we paid for?? I paid $100 for this appointment for her birthday and they treated me terrible and my sister on the weekend of her birthday. She has been eating to do this for a long time and tells me this all happened. DO NOT GO HERE DONT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. HORRIBLE! Where do I even start?! First of all, it’s in a very sketchy place where there is no privacy but some curtains hanging from the ceiling. Second of all, the massage wasn’t so great or relaxing so I thought ‘ Oh maybe when I start getting the head massage with the water it’ll be more relaxing’ WRONG!! That’s when they took me behind a curtain where it’s basically out in the open and the only thing separating you from the person next to you is a curtain. So all the employees are walking back and forth dragging their shoes even. They all talk to each other basically yelling out loud! Not to mention the whole time you can hear the loud blow dryer the whole time you’re there because they do dry your hair. I didn’t want to say anything because I was embarrassed but then this man that works there literally yelled out to another person that works there and at that point I had it! I’m so upset because I was having a great hair day and they put oil on my hair. I couldn’t go through with it. NOT RELAXING IN THE LEAST BIT! Then the lady has the audacity to say ‘ oh it’s quiet now’ WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MATTER?!?!! She even try to blame it on customers being loud 😡 On top of all this, I waited to for husband to be done with his massage so I was left there stewing on how upset I am. THEY EVEN STILL CHARGED ME $140 😤 Wasted my Sunday 😡 AND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ! MY ADVICE IS, DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Was in the area and came in out of curiosity, got a standard head spa treatment. I enjoyed the head and neck massage and my scalp feels soooo clean and rejuvenated! There was a language barrier upon entering but the woman welcoming me was ready with a translation app for us to communicate and we were quickly able to agree upon a service and provide me instructions for how to prepare. I understand a language barrier is inopportune but I don’t understand why some get so upset about it in the reviews. Crossroads is a diverse neighborhood, I grew up here. The employees want to conduct business with clients regardless of the language. We should have patience and work together.

My only feedback is to please provide a big of face lotion after the service as my skin was quite tight. And perhaps a quieter atmosphere in the room where the services are provided.

Overall, friendly and kind staff and a fair price for the facility and service. I enjoyed my first head spa...
