Nestled in Bellevue, Indian Metro Spicemart is a culinary oasis offering a diverse array of Indian groceries, fruits, vegetables, and specialty items. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed with its extensive selection and vibrant atmosphere.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the enticing aromas of spices and fresh produce. The aisles were neatly organized, making it easy to navigate through the abundance of offerings. Whether I was seeking essential pantry staples like lentils and rice or exploring unique spices and condiments, Indian Metro Spicemart had it all.

One aspect that stood out was the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables available. From seasonal favorites to harder-to-find produce, I was delighted by the freshness and quality of the offerings. It truly felt like a slice of India within Bellevue.

Moreover, the store boasts an impressive selection of Indian snacks, sweets, and ready-to-eat meals, perfect for satisfying cravings or introducing newcomers to the flavors of Indian cuisine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations and assistance whenever needed.

Overall, my experience at Indian Metro Spicemart was exceptional. Whether you're a seasoned cook looking for authentic ingredients or simply curious to explore the rich flavors of Indian cuisine, this gem of a store is a must-visit destination...

On Tuesday, September 28th, 2021, I purchased from this grocery store 5 (five) dry coconuts. Then, I brought them home, within hours of purchasing, and opened them up, one by one. Out of 5 (five) dry coconuts, 4 (four) turned out to be completely rotten inside, molded and smelled real bad.

On Thursday, September 30th, 2021, I brought these rotten coconuts back to this grocery store - along with my original receipt. However, the cashiers I spoke to flatly refused to either exchange these rotten coconuts or issue a full refund. I requested them to talk to their manager. The called their manager, but, based on their verbal statement, the latter refused to help us either.

These cashiers were extremely rude. The treated me like I was a newborn, saying things like I "should have been careful selecting coconuts" and "should have kept them refrigerated".

The total cost they owe me is: 4 x $2.49 = $9.96.

It was the worst shopping experience ever.

I have just filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and, tomorrow, I am going to report them to the local authorities for selling...

I’ve visited this store multiple times and generally appreciate the quality of their fresh produce—it’s usually quite good. However, I’ve consistently noticed that many of the other items, such as spices, ready-mix packets, snacks, and frozen foods, are often very close to their expiry dates, with some products having been manufactured over two years ago. Unfortunately, several of the snacks I purchased tasted stale or off, and I ended up having to throw them away. It’s disappointing, and I hope the store takes more care in regularly updating and rotating their inventory.

It’s really disappointing to see such little regard for customer experience, especially when it comes to something as basic as product freshness. Customers spend their hard-earned money expecting quality and safety, and there’s a moral responsibility on the store’s part to uphold that trust. It’s frustrating when that’s overlooked. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. 1 star for the...

This Indian grocery store impressed me with its fresh produce and a commendable selection of regular and organic groceries from all spices to grains and frozen foods. The availability of freshly made rotis and sugarcane juice (right infront of you) is a definite distinguishing feature here. While the quality was top-notch, the prices were on the higher side, which could be a consideration for budget-conscious shoppers. However, the cleanliness of the store was well maintained, creating a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers. In summary, this grocery store is a solid choice for those prioritizing freshness and organic options, although it comes with a slightly higher price tag. With a clean and well-maintained space, customers deserves respecting cashiers too to make it a great shopping experience. Surprisingly I never saw a smile or a little bit of friendliness from any cashier (never respond to even a hi how are you 🤦‍♀️) though the folks stocking the aisles are always helpful.

Good store to get Indian stuff at one place. It is the largest Indian grocery store in the state of Washington. They have a much better and fresh stock of fresh Indian vegetables that you donot find elsewhere. Also, they carry all the brands and have an elaborate section of frozen Indian delicacies including ice creams and shrikhand. But their mithai/sweets from Punjab Sweets were stale. They have a counter for fresh Rotis. There is this one guy for billing and checkout and he has zero interest in customer. He is rude and seems just unwilling to help. I have deducted one star because of that person.
