Honest Review,
I went to watch the new Black Widow Movie with my girl on July 17, 2021.
I had never been to a Regal Movie theater before then. I loved the neon colors and the building at this location I think they were very nice and gave me a really good vibes. I felt like it was a nice environment especially if you go at night.
Upon arriving the outdoor box tickets were closed but that was no problem, I do like the fact that you have buy tickets outside I think itâs a very classic movie theater thing.
I will say the game area was lacking a little bit of spice, it looked like they had some room for games so they just put them there and called it a day. I think it needs more room and more games.
I got tickets online so it was super easy to just scan and go. Also that lady who scanned my tickets was very polite and helpful. I would like to point out too that the movie theater looked very clean and no pop corn, soda cups, or candy wrappers were on floor. Although I did go early in the day.
Then the time for the movie comes, I had never been to any Regal location ever in my life. My girlfriend had been here so she showed me that the seats RECLINE! I was so amazed at this feature, as my own movie theater at my location doesnât have this feature just plastic rows that only go back a little so you put your feet on the seat infront if you.
I loved that part and I also loved that the chair when reclining doesnât make noise so it doesnât disturb the other people watching.
My last complaint is the rails, I am aware they are for keeping people from falling going down the aisle but I think they when youâre in the seat and reclined it blocks the movie a little bit, I will have to watch Black Widow again because I didnât get to see the translation during certain scenes because the my seat was back and the rail was in my war blocking the words at least from the way back where I was sitting during the movie.
I am sad to say I didnât get to try any food from this place as I ate a little before I entered the movie theaters.
Overall I would definitely come back to this place 100% Everything about this place was amazing and the lows are over powered by the highs by a long shot!
If you ever get a chance or want to see a movie at this location go 100% I drove all the way to Bellevue from Snohomish/Monroe area to see this with my girlfriend.
5 out of 5 stars...
Read moreMy family and I have been loyal patrons of Regal Cinemas, visiting almost weekly with our Unlimited Passes. However, after our most recent experience, Iâm questioning whether weâll ever return.
During a showing of a PG-13 film, Red One, my family â including our 17-month-old â was singled out and asked to leave without warning. An attendant approached my husband (who wasnât even holding our child at the time) and claimed that our baby was making noise, despite there being no complaints from other patrons. When we asked for clarification, the manager suddenly introduced a âpolicyâ that infants arenât allowed in PG-13 movies and that babies must remain completely silent. This âpolicyâ does not exist on Regalâs website or in their posted guidelines.
Even more troubling, older children making considerably more noise in the theater were not addressed. When we questioned why only our family was being singled out, the managers contradicted themselves â first stating no one complained, then claiming someone had. As the only Black family in the theater, the unequal treatment was impossible to ignore.
This experience was not only disappointing but also infuriating. If Regal expects to uphold its reputation as a family-friendly establishment, they must do better. This incident highlights a clear need for policy transparency, better management training, and equity-focused customer service practices.
Iâm calling on Regal to do the following: 1ď¸âŁ Train management and staff on the theaterâs actual policies and implement anti-bias training. 2ď¸âŁ Hold managers accountable for singling out customers unfairly and misrepresenting policies. 3ď¸âŁ Provide restitution by refunding our Unlimited Passes as recognition of the inconvenience and mistreatment.
I have video and audio of the entire incident and will be sharing it with Regalâs corporate office. I hope this review serves as a warning to other families â especially Black families â who expect to be treated with fairness and dignity. Until Regal addresses these issues, Iâll be reconsidering where I spend my familyâs...
Read moreHello, I visited your theater yesterday afternoon with my two little boys to enjoy a screening of "Pete's Dragon". In our rush to get to the theater on time, I mistakenly ordered my tickets (from Fandango) for the Factoria/AMC movie theater instead of Crossroads/Regal. After purchasing all of our candy, etc., we headed to the ticket taker only to find out we had tickets to the wrong theater. The kind girl taking tickets pointed me over to "Guest Services" and said he would be able to help us out. Well, he did not. He made use re-purchase all 3 of our tickets. So now I had to spend another $30 ($60 total) to take my 6 and 7 year old to see a movie. It was the middle of a Thursday afternoon, there were maybe 6 people in the entire theater. Are you kidding me? It would not have been a big deal to let us in without repurchasing. We will more than make up for the cost over the coming years. My boys have another 10-15 years of seeing movies at that theater. I had our ticket receipt printed out and an email from Fandango for proof of purchase as well. In any case, I was very disappointed with the way this was handled. Very poor customer service, the manager could care less. Especially to a Mom standing there with two excited little boys. Will avoid...
