The link on my receipt doesnāt work for leaving a review so wanted to leave one here for Vicki and Kevin. Vicki helped me with calculating how many more stamps I should place on my package today. She was so helpful, patient, and professional. She explained things very clearly and gave great customer service. In the past few years of using the USPS service in Bellevue, the staff at the factoria location are the best. Before I went to the factoria location today, I went to the bel-red USPS because it was closer to me and I was in a hurry. One of the staff there, a middle-aged man who wears glasses and works at the most right side of the counter when you walk into the store, was incredibly unhelpful and it seemed like he did not want to do his job. My request was to know how many more stamps I should place on my package and he straight up told me that what I had on the package was not enough and just donāt send it. What a ridiculous reply. He did not want to help calculate nor help in any ways. It was very frustrating and this was the second time I had met this staff. It has seem like he is not the best at his job. I then drove to factoria and got help from Vicki, who was so great and awesome.
In September, Kevin helped me with sending an international package. I let him know that I would like this to be sent spending the least amount of money as I can. He went above and beyond to problem solve with me, using the cheaper envelopes and condensing the space/rolling the two pieces of clothes I was sending to the smallest size possible and even taped the package for me. That package made it safe to my family and I am so grateful for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStaff here are rude. One day I came to this spot to send a package, it's a long line and only one woman working there. So I have my kid in the line and I started working on the kiosk. After I got the package done, I went to the line asking my kid out. Then another staff saw my package and yelled at me with very loud voice, "Hey! Hey! You! You did it wrong. Get back to the end of the line and I will help you". I don't like his raised voice. But I want to do it right way, so I went to the rear of the line. I saw he treated the person in front of me with plenty of courtesy, just because they're the same color. It's my turn, the woman staff helped me. She told me my mailing label is OK, they just have a better way to do that. Interesting. They just had me in the line for another 15-20 minutes. And similar things happened before too. If there's another USPS spot, I won't go to this one. If the recipient accepts other carriers, I don't choose USPS. So rude and no patience. I saw they talk to the customers like giving commands to them. Disgusting. I don't know why this spot got 4.1 stars, it doesn't reflect their service quality at all. Take my advice, driver longer and use another post office if you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn the last year four of my packages have been lost, despite having a return address, tracking information and insurance. I have suffered significant monetary loss, including a lost computer. Meticulous and extensive follow up for weeks on the whereabouts of the packages failed every time. No one knew where they were nor where the mystery ālost package officeā is located or how to contact them in their out-of- state location. The last package was lost because the metered postage strip USPS affixed to the package came off. Instead of returning it to sender, like the other packages it was nowhere to be found. Which begs the question are these items being stolen? Why arenāt they returned to sender? Verification that the metered postal strip came off the package while in the possession of USPS was confirmed in a picture of the package taken by USPS. Amazon has never lost one of my packages and delivered in a fraction of the...
