WiggleWorks Kids — Attraction in Bellevue

If I could rate this venue a zero, I WOULD.

Tried to book my son's 1st birthday party here, in trusting the photos/website, it was a complete disaster. Went to check the venue out in person and was SO upset:

The front desk staff is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Customer service was TRASH. She clearly could careless about her job. Who want's someone like that hosting any event??? She let me check out their ONLY small and disgusting party room, WHILE another party was occupying the room:

THE MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY UNQUALIFIED TO RUN SUCH A BUSINESS WHERE THERE ARE BABIES AND CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND IN MOLD INFESTED/TORN UP AND DUCK TAPED MATS!!! and completely careless of the well being of their customers and THEIR CONCERNS.

The management wouldnt refund me after I went through multiple people and letting them know my concerns about the facility and how gross it was, having known this information I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED HERE. then just to speak to a lady who WOULDN'T give me the owners name? The front desk girl gave me a cell number to call (sketch) called the so called manager per the front desk girl (she wasnt the manager, and told me herself) asked to speak to someone higher up and she said she would have HIM call me back I asked who HIM was??? she refused to tell me (never got a call but a pleasant email as follows):

I sincerely don't want you to host your party at my busines becuase based on your emails from the very beginnning it seems like you will not be satisfied. We did not promise you anything & you had acknowledged the cancelation policy but inspite of that we are refunding you the money. It does take 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back so please be patient.

I would never book a party for my kids without first checking out the place. I hope you find a place that is able to meet your expectations.

This place is trash. Book if you want. I don't even need to...

It’s been awhile and it is still dirty. We were one of the first ones there and bathroom had piss stains. Area had trash everywhere. To keep my toddler from eating it, I picked it up. It’s self service at the front desk. I’m assuming that’s to give the representative time to clean up but that’s not happening. She’s on her phone the entire time. Well nothing has changed. Oh well. I really hope someone will open up another facility that’s cleaner with the same concept, not too much going on like twinkle land, and definitely not pricey.

I was hoping it would have improved BUT it keeps getting worse. Trash everywhere, balloon pit had only 7 balloons because the rest popped and the trash left in there. I picked it up because it is not good for babies to swallow the pieces. The floor mats are not only dirty but torn upward which continued to trip my grandson when he ran around. And the bathroom!! There was dried up poop on the floor and sink. That was it for me. I changed my grandson in the car. The place is filthy. Don’t bother bringing it up to the person working because he is a kid. Probably working a summer job and he was constantly on his phone. I almost purchased a month pass on my way there because I needed indoor places to take my grandson and sooo glad I did not do it. We are not going back ever. Filthy and disgusting.

Updated Jan 2025: A couple of months ago, passing by this place, I had noticed the replacement pieces through the glass window. I visited the next day to check if the Improvements were real. They were either replaced or taped up. Employee at the desk was also blowing up balloons to refill the pit. She also cleaned and picked up the trash. I'm really surprised at all of these 1 star reviews. Maybe our family and friends are more low brow than the people who had bad experiences :)

We had a private themed party Sunday morning, and it was fantastic. Our host, Ayesha (I hope I'm spelling that right) was kind, flexible, helpful when we needed her and removed herself when we didn't. I had two last minute kiddos added to the RSVP and she whipped up table placements and gift bags for them in minutes.

There were 35 people. We brought our own food and drinks, had room for everyone's stuff, and the kids went nuts (in a good way). At ten til, I was scared about telling the kids we were done and like a magic fairy, Ayesha appeared to ask if we wanted to extend our time by 30 minutes? Easiest decision we made that day. Zero meltdowns, zero injuries, zero issues and lots of naps afterwards.

Sure, we noticed some ripped seams on some of the attractions and small "dirt rings" (I don't know if that's the right term, it's like the fuzz and stuff that accumulates on exposed sticky surfaces), but nothing shocking. The kids certainly didn't care, and the adults were having a great time with plenty of room/space to maneuver.

The balloon room was a hit. I keeping reading comments about how dangerous it is but if your child is supervised and not at an age where they're putting balloons in their mouths, I just can't see the choking hazard.

If you feel comfortable enough taking your kids to a public park or playground, you'll probably be comfortable with them here. For me, more so since everything was inflatable and I didn't have to worry about sharp corners and wood chips embedding in their little hands when...
