I visited this store just this past Saturday. My sister and I came in to purchase handbags as our souvenirs from vacation (we were taking a family vacation to Carrowinds). So we were very excited. The closest MK store to us back home is over 100 miles away. We walk in and the store is very well organized, we immediately see items we like. I notice sales associates walking around but when we’d turn around to try to ask a question, they’d run away. We thought this was strange! We looked around and noticed they were doing the same thing to most of the other customers!!! We get to the back of the store and notice double price listings and a sign for an extra discount. We’re confused by what that means so we try to find an associate to ask. Again, they’d see us and LITERALLY RUN AWAY AND HIDE!! We noticed there was an older gentleman at the register waiting to pay for at LEAST 10 minutes, they were hiding from him as well. So we walk back towards the front were 3 associates are just standing at the watches talking, and this I believe to be Latina sales associate (I mention it in case she can be identified because she was the rudest of all and ruined our experience) was just unwrapping random things, right on top of the watch case, so no one could even look at watches if they wanted. Anyways, we try to ask her for help, but another associate comes up right next to us to ask her a question, the Latina sales associate puts her hand up to hush my sister and tells my sister to “wait”. Then rolls her eyes at my sister and proceeds to take the sales associate’s question. We were flabbergasted!! But we had a genuine question so we waited. She’s done with the other associate then turns and just looks at us like she was waiting for us to address her. My sister asks how the double tagged prices work and what’s the extra discount apply to. She proceeds to explain in the most condescending, rude manner ever! When my sister tried to interject, the associate would be like “I’m not done”. So when she was finally done, we were like wth, why was she so rude?! And we heard her talk back and say “it’s not rocket science”. I’m sorry, but I don’t care how terrible of a day you’ve had. You don’t EVER speak to another human like that, let alone a customer!! Read moreI was shipped the wrong item, when I went to the store location to get the bag I ordered online it was not there. And due to me buying the bag online at a black Friday sale nothing I wanted was equivalent in price! so all of the bags I wanted was too expensive and I would have to pay extra & I was basically forced to settle for a bag that was on a clearance special just so I would have something and I still ended up paying a little extra for that one as well. Days later the store manager found the bag at a store in Wisconsin and told me it would be shipped to me overnight free of charge an to look out for the email with the information and I never did get an email or the bag. I call customer service again DEC 6th an the representative told me that she can not help me an that she can't give me any type of assistance because I paid with after pay and that the store manager was not supposed to take the bag back from me that I was supposed to ship it back to the Waterhouse an get the bag I wanted. Told me MK online and MK store is not the same business an refuse to get me on with a supervisor. Nobody told me this and now I don't have the bag they shipped me because I left it at the fort mill store with Priscilla. I attached video to customer service what I got in the mail to show it is not what I ordered. Someone should at least give me store credit or gift card to buy something else that I want at a later date just for the inconvenience. This is totally unfair and the company should take responsibility for shipping the wrong product. I wanted pink on pink .. Not white on pink. I'm really angry about it and won't shop this brand...

Visited the store this past weekend in search of a specific bag for my sister's birthday. 2 sales associates on the floor a man & a woman was never acknowledged in anyway. Walk up to the counter 2 women are back there. My niece ask a few questions to a blonde head older lady who was said to be the manager. She had no customer service personality she acted as if my niece asking her questions about what we was looking for was aggravating her. She was moving her eyes up in her head like an eye roll or like duh to 1 question my niece asked. She never came from behind the counter to show us any of the purses similar to what we was looking for. She never once asked a floor associate to help us. Very nasty individual and I hope this was definitely not a manager that is leading a sales team. This is retail and customer service is a strong part. Any time I've been in this store a purchase has been made. After the service received here I said I wouldn't ever make a purchase from here again. I walked myself right across from them to there competitor Coach and purchased a purse and a wallet. When I visit the outlet for accessories Coach will get my business. I'm spreading the word to my friends and family to do the same....
