Belton Feed & Supply — Attraction in Belton

Us as a business come and spend thousands of dollars in material here and of course plan everything out. We get told the day before and this morning that they can cut metal. So I pay for every cut (no problem) at 9 foot. I wait outside for an hour and a half for someone that I have to go look for and find to tell me that they have no material that I ALREADY PAID FOR that they said was there. To top it off.. they say they cannot cut the metal for me. (Again that I already paid for to be cut). So then they want to refund me the money for everything and sell me 10ft pieces because they don't want to make any cuts. Yes it seems small 1ft size difference and a $100 price difference. But as a owner of 3 different business.. there comes a point you have to eat it or atleast work with the customer. This place did neither. We loss hours of time, concrete has already been poured and now we are out thousands because of this. We will NOT do business here ever again nor will we reccomend any of our customers here. Working with us in the past has kept us as a customer. And now not doing so is making us go else where. Cant preach this enough...making an effort goes along ways. Very...

STOP. Do not waste your time going to another feed store or Tractor Supply or any other animal husbandry supply depot. This is, by far, the best place in all of Bell County to get what you need for your animals. I have never met a more consummate bunch of professionals at any other business I have ever patronized. There are multiple individuals working at this facility that have extensive experience with livestock, seed, fauna, feed And supplies for all of the aforementioned. The professionalism, courtesy and humility of the staff at Belton Feed is something I have come to rely on. We have purchased thousands of dollars of drillstem pipe, feed of every type and fencing supplies to halters and vitamins—ALL at very competitive prices. I highly recommend this place of business without reservation. I am a 52 year old 22-year U.S. Army combat veteran. This is a terrific place to get supplies! The employees are so friendly and helpful. I get birdseed from them and recently I have had a rush of Pine Siskins for the winter and they just LOVE the shelled sunflower seeds! I'm able to get 50 lb bags from them. I make my request and they call me when it arrives. They have a dock in the back and they will load the bags in the truck or car! Thank you, that is so helpful!! They have so much to choose from besides the feed. They have feeders for birds, cats, dogs, horses; they have cleaning products, plants and even some apparel. There's a lot more... go check out...
