Normally when I come here, I love it! I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here, there isn't a boba place in my vicinity with special drinks and snacks like at Tea Luck! The wait times are longer than average, but still worth it.

This time I came was not normal. I came with a friend to get ramen at the local food truck and stopped at Tea luck to get some kakigori and a slushie. The place was packed with people, and behind the counter was an entire family of people I did not recognize. The sign on the door states "masks are required" but no one except the kitten statue on the glass dessert case wore a mask. There were two men sitting down without shoes inside the restaurant while the women behind the counter were arguing and talking very loudly about what stock they were out of. The only time any of the employees wore a mask was when one woman saw someone they knew, and quickly took it off after the customer left. Then out of nowhere, a random Burger King employee came inside and went behind the counter to look for drinks. Very strange customer service practices and generally unsanitary since it looks like anyone can just waltz behind the counter and be around your food and drink. Everything seemed to be low or out of stock and everyone waited to last minute to replenish. It was a very uncomfortable setting for every party waiting for their order, when usually I enjoy coming here for the specialty drinks and buns, but if it's like this now, I don't think I'd want to come for anything. I work in customer service myself, and I know how it is when things get hectic, but this was...

I cannot even begin to properly put into words the massive nose dive in quality this place has taken. Truth be told, I really only came for their steamed buns and boba, which, back when it was known as Tea Luck, was absolutely amazing! Now for some reason theyre experimenting with weird pasta and other dishes that just dont make sense on the menu, and as a result of that, theyve decided their steamed buns "Dont sell as well as they should" and just took them off the menu entirely, which killed whatever motivation i had left to go there in the first place. And theyve done so despite being one of their most sold items next to their boba and milk tea. It just feels like the owners are shooting themselves in the foot by taking items that people enjoy off the menu. The building itself is...okay. The AC is in constant overdrive even in the dead of winter because it gets so unbearably hot in there at times. The seating is mismatched and uncomfortable, having plastic lunch bences in one corner and random tables in the next. The ground floor is layered with Astro turf to give it a "realistic" grassy feel, which falls short. The staff overall are nice, but wait times could definitely improve. My go to in this place is usually a Taro Smoothie with Blueberry Bursting Boba, however the last time i was in there it was...not good. At ALL. It tasted spoiled. Almost rotten even. The previous owners had this place running better, with a bigger selection of items, rather than an experimental menu thats not even guaranteed to succeed. Probably wont...

This is an amazing tea shop. I grew a love for boba tea while in dallas but I couldnt fond any local place that sells boba tea! That is until tea luck. Everything made is super fresh and delicious every time. From classic boba, jelly, mochi, and bursting boba they have it all.

I have also seen people get what looks like a giant snow cone with fresh fruit and it looks amazing, I just havent had the chance to try it myself. It's a task driving my husband to drive to the location let alone stay for some delicious looking food. I've also seen steam buns being ordered and they have TVs set up showing food and from what I've seen other people ordering, the picture on the screen is exactly what you get when your order arrives.

It's never been too packed but you still have a small wait but that is only due to the freshness of your beverage or meal which to me is NEVER a bad thing. Waiting for phenomenal food is way better than waiting for sub par. I hope this place gets much more business so they are able to open more locations or at least move into a location that would be easier for them to house more customers. It took forever for me to stop here because it looks so small but I'm so glad I gave...

Great place to to avoid the crowds of the norm. Friendly staff. A little confusing on how to get there when arriving with Google Maps. I will attach what the entrance looks like. If you are familiar with the Thai Restaurant in downtown Belton, you will find directly behind it. Various meal choices. Enough choices for that one picky person in the group. It's a very spacious area and enough seating for large groups. I recommend to have more menus available. Maybe have a QR code available to download the menu. Just a suggestion. Overall a great place to grab a quick bubble tea and a snack to eat.

I Usually get awesome service here aside from today so I'll still give 4 stars based on the usual service but leave this review in pointing out that the young girl at the register is very rude to the patrons and if this had been my 1st time I wouldn't be back....... anywhoooo the teas are good in my opinion the same you get from other places though so nothing phenomenal thus the 4 stars. I tried a steamed bun today. It was ok but I think it just wasn't my thing so I won't say whether it is good or bad.

Stopped on the way from San Antonio to Dallas on a hot day. Super refreshing! It was hit with the whole family! The boba is fresh and the jellies are good. Their buns are hot and fresh. Custard bun is slightly sweet and tasty! Red bean bun is the best I’ve ever had. Fresher than the buns I’ve had in Tokyo. We got the coconut milk tea with coconut jelly (made with real coconut milk), taro coconut milk tea smoothie w boba, Thai milk tea w boba and taro coconut milk tea w boba.
