First off, as soon as I contacted CFM it was an incredible experience. I spoke with Jennifer over the phone who was so kind and so resourceful. I hadn't experienced that level of customer service anywhere else - the kind where someone goes above and beyond without any guarantee they will ever see the person on the other end of the line. When we came into the store, that same level of customer service continued. Trevon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while we decided on the best product for us. At every stage from picking out products, ordering, selecting contractors to install, to delivery Trevon communicated with us as if we were his only client and I know we weren't! But the level of attention made us want to do business with CFM. Finally, the team at CFM provided us with a spreadsheet of contractors. I reached out to three and ultimately decided Daniel Polston was going to be a good match. Daniel and his team were great at communicating, setting expectations, and ultimately delivering the best install we could have ever asked for. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and install (for warranty) and provided us with options that we felt could fit our budget and lifestyle. During the install, Daniel and his team treated our home like it was theirs - meaning they took care of it and respected our home. Since we had to have some of the foundation grinded to create a flat, level surface, he had the best equipment to minimize impact on the rest of the house.
