Truely a great asset for the community. We’ve been coming in for over 5 years. Staff is consistently bringing in new materials of very good quality. Our company has built 5 factories, a restaurant, currently building a home, using windows, plunging fixtures, lumber and electrical from the Bend Store. And a huge thank you to the staff, Christian in particular. Pretty sure he’s been helping us along all these five years.

My son was absolutely astonished when walking into this restore. He says it's like a warehouse or a parts store for everything you may need in your life. He is an audiophile and was very impressed with their speaker selection as well as the receivers they had in stock. Very low prices and a huge selection of household items literally anything you may need. We will be visiting again on payday!

This is an awesome thrift store. Not only does it benefit a greater good by being part of Habitat for Humanity, it offers the community a lot of secondhand items for cheap prices, with a lot of surprisingly low-priced furniture of fairly good quality. In addition, the process for donation is quite easy, with friendly volunteers to guide you along.

My wife and I stop by on 11/14/2022 right after they had opened at 10am. They had just got in a shipment of dent and scratch items and were placing them on the showroom floor. There was two items I told them I was interested in.

They responded there not for sale, until we can put a price on them . I asked. "About how long will that be" they said oh a few hours. To which I said ok we'll wait, can I at least put my name on them as we are the first to see them and inquire about the items. We were told flat out no. So was waited about 4 hours looking around the rest of the store, but trying to keep a close eye on the items we wanted as they just sat there in their boxes waiting to be sold and several other people were starting to eye them . Finally after about 3 1.2 hours I asked them again if they were going to price the items and was told, " I don't know when we will get to it, you'll just have to come back later!" I explained we lived 100 miles away and that we were heading home. Clearly they didn't care. .

Bottom line Don't put items on the floor if you don't want to sell them. and don't be jackhats...

Always a pleasure when I get to go hunting around the restores. I used to love building houses for them until the whole restructuring. Most of the time the prices are excellent and it seems the staff are becoming more knowledgeable each time I go in. When I can't find some old, special, strange part any place else I usually find it here. Now they are even bagging up the small parts with the info, making hunting a lot easier. Finally I seem to replace a lot of doors. A brand new cheap flat hollow core at home depot is $80 compared to $30 for a solid raised panel door here. The only issue I have is how fast the inventory sells. Can't plan on something...

Went to habitat on July 31st and we’re looking at an old table that was put out and had a price of 65 dollars on it. When my spouse was looking at it an employee came over and we asked if it had a leaf and he said no. Well when we opened the table there was the leaf in all its glory. About 30 seconds later a lady who works there came out and in front of us took the tag off the table and said sorry it’s priced wrong. You priced the item and then yanked the price after we showed you where the leaf was. You didn’t find it. How dare you treat customers like this when your...
