If I could give this place a zero I would. First let me say Melissa, Sean, and I believe her name is Christina.....they were phenomenal! They have superb customer service skills. Sean the maintenance man was very sweet. Melissa and Christina the two front desk ladies were awesome very nice ladies. The other front desk ladies Alicia and I don't know the name of the other girl but they're rude, and very disrespectful, and if I were their GM I would have been fired them. Talking about the guests, terrible customer service, always with an attitude, and Alicia came to my room and still don't know why she put her key in my door then walked away. She always leans on the counter when dealing with customers and NEVER smiles. I was a long term guest and I seen everything so when I say don't stay here I mean it. I was there with my children. My daughter is a toddler. They don't walk soft and I was on the 2nd floor. The gentleman under me came and knocked on my door at 915pm to tell me he had to wake up at 430am and to keep it down. No sir!!!!! He called front desk and they called and I told them I will not stop my child from being a child. She's a toddler and they don't walk anywhere they run. It's not 10 she is fine. The next day he did called the front desk to complain again at the same time. The young lady at the desk told him if after 10 the noise continues then they can do something but for now they can't because it was before 10. I went to the front desk and told her he knocked on my door last night then called the front desk. She said she would have the manager call but I heard nothing. A few days later, I had a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom. I went down to the desk to report it and I took a video of it. They called the people above me no answer. The next day Sean came to look at it but it had stopped. He said he would check upstairs and out in for a contractor to come fix the ceiling. I wasn't offered a new room by management of any other accommodation to this inconvenience. A few days later my card was messed up and locked by the bank and I spoke with the manager about it. She was accommodating to my situation. I asked for my bill and when I went over it I noticed I was over charged a few times. I called corporate and when I did the manager Megan came to my room to speak with me about it because I also told corporate about the other things that transpired during my stay. At this moment I told her my fridge was broken and that it was warm and my stuff was in the freezer. She did send maintenance who gave me a new fridge. Mind you I used to work as a manager in a hotel so I know how this works. Megan insisted my bill was correct even after I showed her where the errors were on my bill. I said I was not paying my bill until it was corrected and still NOTHING. 5/4 at about 12 front desk came knocking on my door saying check out was at 11 and I was past check out. I extended my stay until the 8th and she very ignorantly told me I needed to fix it at the front desk. It was at this moment I was fed up and chose to leave. I packed up my things and was waiting for a friend to come help me load my car. The same ignorant front desk lady came upstairs with a cart. Her and Alicia both were talking about me and didn't realize I was at my door looking and listening to them. Alicia seen me and went right into a room. She's the worst out of them both and I've seen the other reviews complaint about her too. That's who you want working here??? She needs to be fired asap! Not a good look for this hotel at all. The hotel is completely out dated. It needs a major upgrade and new staff and management which I did see they were hiring for a GM almost made me want to apply and get that hotel back on track. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!...
Read moreThis is a HORROR STORY...I booked a room for a convention a couple of months in advance with extended stay, thinking that its "FAMILY FRIENDLY" and "HOSPITABLE" however the nightmare that EXTENDED STAY put me through is one for the TRAVELER'S NIGHT MARE LOG; after 17 hours, I REPEAT...17 hours of traveling, I was EXHAUSTED to the fullest extent, all I wanted was a hot shower and a comfortable bed. I checked into the hotel, and was greeted by a very professional older male who checked me in quickly, so I can get some rest. Upon entering the room, I placed my luggage down and took a mediocre shower; when I laid down on the bed I felt this sharp protruding piece in the middle of my back as if the bed was on a tree limb and the rest of the mattress just hung over the rest of the tree; I tried my best to position myself not to be in the line with that protruding piece; after shuffling for about 30 minutes, exhaustion took over and I was asleep, perched on the protruding piece, coming from my bed. Around 3:30am, I woke up very sore, with a sharp pain in my back, so I took a shower with very warm water to ease the muscle in hopes of alleviating the pain. After, I called the front desk and informed them about the bed, and the lights (the room was oddly dim, not suitable for reading which I often do before bed); the lady informed me that she will move me into another room, as soon as her manager comes into work; I then informed her that I have to attend the conference for the morning session and I will return when her manager is on shift to exchange the room. Upon returning I was told by the Manager that she will not give me a new room because there is none available; I again explained my situation and showed her my itinerary, that I paid for the room upfront months ago for a couple of days, so I can attend the conference; Then she laughed at me, saying "oh well...." as if to say because of the broken bed and poor lighting I should be penalized for bringing up that issue; I then called the corporate office only to be told that they would get back to me within 48 hours; meanwhile I would have to find somewhere else to stay, and (the hotel manager which said her name was MEGAN) she said; she will not give me a refund, nor change my room, even though I only stayed a couple of hours and the room was deficient. I then went to retrieve my property that was left in the room only to find it cleaned out with maintenance form on the refrigerator (see photo of Maintenance Request Form). I shutter to think that this type of hateful service is still being perpetuated in America; overseas you would expect fraud on this level, but not an alleged reputable Hospitality Industry leader to defraud its customers and lie with impunity. Its been a week, and to date NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL NOR FROM PRICELINE (which I booked the hotel through, which I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN)...PRICELINE IS A RIP OFF!!!! you will not get professional service from the representative at priceline, that handle their disputes, they will tell you while you are STUCK WITHOUT A HOTEL ROOM THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FRAUDULENT. BUYER BEWARE OF PRICELINE.....
please see the photo of the maintenance request form from the hotel, MEGAN (the district manager for extended stay) lied about the room (I'm glad there is a record of it) and now I hope extended stay won't lie when we have strong evidence of the fraud that they...
Read moreI usually don’t do reviews,I’m only doing this hoping it will help someone making a decision choosing this hotel. One good thing about the hotel is the employees, except the hotel manager. This manager targeted me for unknown reasons allowing a family with a toddler disrupt my stay. The parents allowed the kid to constantly run, jump, stomp over my head for months. The manager done nothing and made no attempt to solve the issue. At one point she claimed she was going to offer me a different room, but I walked away. Due to the fact I had it was my stay was to be unrecognizable, even though I paid my bill. It didn’t matter that I couldn’t enjoy watching tv, I couldn’t enjoy taking lap, etc. She punished for me for whatever reason, especially when I found out the guest asked to be moved several times, but was told no rooms were available on the first floor. Well, I knew first hand rooms came available because I’m on the first floor. Even the guest seen rooms available. The guest even knew how bad it was. He basically admitted they couldn’t control their kid. Hopefully she will treat her guests better than what I received. It’s obvious she’s not a problem solver. After , not doing anything she finally decided to use the 10 o’clock noise nuisance rule.Meaning I had to deal with this until 10 o’clock. I contacted corporate about the situation, they done nothing. They were just as bad. They only contacted her and she told them she asked the guest to be considerate that someone was below them. If my situation was different I would have moved out earlier. It’s not worth the money you pay to stay here. They allowed the elevator to be out for about two months, no consideration for their guests again. This is one star hotel. It’s good if you’re doing a day or weekend, but as for extended stay I wouldn’t recommend it. The exit doors are left open, meaning anyone can walk in. People drinking and smoking weed outside on the grounds. No security cameras outside. The front desk and housekeeping are friendly and caring. They constantly speak and smile, if you’re having a bad day you will put a smile on your face. Please do not believe it when she states she offer me another room, totally a lie. After mading a complaint one day about noise, this is the first time she mentioned the 10 pm rule ( which don’t let them fool you, they not going to do anything whether it’s 10pm or 10an) . I asked her what I’m I suppose to until 10pm ? Accept this constant noise over my head? Leave the room that I’m paying for? What am I suppose to do? She said I’m not saying that. What are you saying and I walked away? At this point it was confirmed that she wasn’t going to do. A couple days later, I go asked them again to do something about the noise over my head. So, she said she I was going to offer you another job. Not that I offered you another room. When regional manager she acted like she checking to see if it was another room available.. Of course, she told corporate this and of course corporate took her word. But, she done nothing. Don’t allow them to fool you, because I have to say something to justify their actions.Of course they said something to the guest, but it didn’t help. I don’t do reviews, but this was just a terrible experience at the hotel She’s a poor manager from my perspective. She allows a lot to go on...
