This is the fourth time I have tried this restaurant in the last year. Very disappointed. They have gone extremely downhill in a very short time. Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger with Lettuce tomato and onion. No bacon, tiniest piece of lettuce, tomato and onion I have ever seen. My wife ordered steak medium well and baked potato loaded. Steak burnt on one side and steak very red in middle, toppings on potato were very scant. They did bring another steak and manager( who did NOT introduce himself and was very abrupt) apologized and said a new steak would be out in ten minutes. The replacement steak was not the same steak we had originally ordered (much thinner and smaller, cooked to desired doneness but very tough) At 6PM on a Tuesday night restaurant only about 1/3 full ( not surprised as to why now). Took almost 15 minutes to get a server to the table after we were seated, waiter stated that he wasn't sure it was his area. Told him about previous disappointments and he said "We will make sure your visit is much better" He was a good waiter and was tipped appropriately. They did comp a desert at the end. Upon leaving, a different manager (I believe her name was Tanya) offered to refund my money. I did decline, I wasn't looking for something for free. I just want decent service and good food for what I am paying for. $65 for two dinners is slightly pricey and you should get a decent meal. The staff and chefs in this restaurant need significantly more training on service, cooking and presentation. I always loved Outback, sadly, this particular restaurant has fallen extremely short and I for one will NEVER return to it. My past three visits prior to this one have all had issues, whether to go orders or eating in. My advice to anyone going there is NOT to expect anything great, mediocre is the best you can expect unless changes are made in staff training or managerial skills...
Read moreGoodMorning so yesterday on July 1,2023 Me and my siblings went out to eat at this Outback Steakhouse we had a party of 7 we got there at 8pm was able to order are food around 8:30 once everybody got there it took us 2 hours to receive food not only did we have a baby with us but we had two pregnant women with us other people was walking in and received they food before we did when we noticed we ask the waiter where was are food he repeatedly kept saying ima go find it but I honestly believe they never even made it. My sister began to ask for a manager and they came out and was very rude a lady name Jackie and a tall dark skin guy they began to get smart because we was mad we didn’t receive any food there was no way we can leave and go to another restaurant because everything was about to closed then eventually we got our food at 10:30 and our food was cold like it had been sitting back there for a while before we received it we couldn’t even enjoy our food cause not only it was cold but we had to drive home then I ask them what was going to be done about this they gave us a bill for 157 dollars and told us to pay while they gave another table it for free cause they was waiting as well I don’t think that was fair when we waited for 2 hours for food and it was cold food at that we couldn’t even enjoy it and they wasn’t even respectful when we ask where our food was at this place is the worst place to eat at they don’t have respectful for customers and they don’t do they job not only that they was dress in street clothes like they wasn’t even at work I regret going here and will never go again they need something done here because no baby should eat at 10:30pm at night and not just that but cold food when we...

The table was dirty when we were seated and there was a hair hanging from the light fixture above my table(which freaked me out). The server acknowledged the table being dirty and cleaned it a little(thanks). I didnt mention the hair on the light and just avoided leaving food under it. The server was nice and helpful during our inital ordering! By the time we finished our meal, the restaurant was about to be closing so we ordered dessert togo. Our server brought the check and said the dessert would be a minute (I didnt think what I ordered required any cooking). We waited for almost 20min until I mentioned the dessert to the server. She had forgot about it and was cleaning the tables around us. I really didnt appreciate the response to me pointing it out. We were told multiple times “wish you said something sooner.” I dont like that the blame was put on me (seems rude). I have worked in a restaurant that valued the guest experience and they wouldnt throw blame on the guest when it was the server’s forgetfullness. It bothered me the whole way home. Were they thinking we’re stupid just sitting around for nothing? I think it should be emphasized to the servers to just be apologetic &sensitive and not make the guest feel bad.
