Typically do not leave reviews like this but wanted to share to warn others. When we had gotten there and checked in the gentleman was so nice and helpful and he was a 10/10, same guy around breakfast time too he did a very good job. We was informed that the evaluator was only working Togo up and not down that we had to take the stairs which was no where listed when booking. As someone who has a leg injury we were disappointed in here this. Plus how does the elvator return to the bottoms floor once going up. Next we got to our room and at first glance it appeared to be a typical room. But closer inspection there was boogers on the wall, some kind of liquid splattered on the wall which i took a wipe to it and it comes off so not a stain. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to us getting there there was pubic and or shaving of hair on the tubs walls and around the drain and the sink had some kind of liquid that was brown. There was two red stains on the floor one by the mirror and one by the bed and the couch in the room had white stains (if you wanna take a guest to what that may of been). The bed was probably the only thing that was clean in that whole room and if it wasn’t us getting in so late (after midnight) and us leaving first thing in the morning we. Would have went down and told someone. Not sure if there was a cleaning fee but we def should have not paid it due to the room being not cleaned prior to us getting there. Overall if you are able to book another hotel i highly suggest from our experience that you do, as the only positivity from our stay was the gentleman who was...
Read moreThis review I had to rewrite several times. Originally this review was entirely a one star but after careful consideration I removed the review and replaced it with a much friendlier one.
First and foremost it is not the peoples faults that work here and provide decent customer service. Whoever mislabeled hot breakfast on websites like priceline.com they need to be updated as hot breakfast is not provided. Instead a very pitiful breakfast was served. Small muffins, bagels, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice and that is really about it.
The rooms were fine minus damages throughout. I'll explain about the walls later..
One of the main deal-breakers for me at the beginning which immediately had me write the first bad review was the smell upon walking past the front desk. The stench of cigarettes is apparent. Continue to walk from floor to floor and you will also smell marijuana. I am just letting you know that even though they say NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED people smoke anyways and they DO NOT GET CAUGHT.
That being said customer service was okay during me and my wifes stay. I will probably never use Sleep Inn & Suites ever again and I unfortunately do not recommend this place either. I wish I could give this place a great review since it is in a spectacular location for the casino and Sesame Place.
But I am not a liar.
Have a nice day,

Read moreWe arrived Feb. 14 at around 930pm for our 2 night say. The 1st room we got, smelled of straight weed and cigarettes, no phone, marks on the wall, stains in carpet. We went down to the desk to get another room. He gave us the room across the hall of the 1st room. The whole room again smells of nothing but weed, has blood or Ketchup spots on the wall by the chair, again no phone, and broken closet door. We go down to just get a refund to go somewhere else. The guy at the desk says we have to call priceline since it was a 3rd party reservation. I call priceline and they say they have to call you guys to confirm the situation. I stood next to the front desk when they called to talk to the guy at the front desk. He started to mumble when he was talking on the phone so I couldn't hear what he was saying. Priceline came back on the line and says the front desk said he can't do anything about a refund and so priceline couldn't do anything either. The guy at the front desk then walked away and leaves us at the front desk for a couple minutes with no refund and no new room. He comes back then gives us a new room. The 3rd room had no smell of weed or cigarettes but had lots of problems as you can see in the pictures. I wish I took picks of the first 2 rooms so you could see, but the smells were so strong. They have signs all over the hotel saying "Breathe in our hotel is 100%...
