I love primos have been a customer for a long time at original store but Sunday I ordered 3 trays (first time) only received 2 and when I called because by the time I realized I was missing a sandwich tray they were closed I called today and am basically being told I’m screwed!!!! I’m not even looking for a refund just give me what I paid for!! To whom ever received and xtra sandwich tray: Italian , ham and cooper sharp and an American I hope you freaking choked on it!!! Was told by manager if he was to make a new tray he would have to pay for it!!! Well than do that! Asked for corporates number and he wouldn’t give it to me? Hummmm said they would have to look at surveillance camera???? Well do that and when you see the person you gave my tray to I would like an apology for treating me like a scumbag trying to get a refund! It’s not about the money buddy!! I told you I would even take another tray! And can I get my $20 tip back because you have no people skills!!! And you definitely did not give me my receipt!! You can’t handle the heat stay the freak out of the kitchen ! I love you primo hoagies but will definitely drive out of my way for now on! Oh yeah told me corporate wouldn’t talk to me anyway? Read moreI love primos, but this particular location on street road messed up my order. my girlfriend ordered a soprano turkey, which she got. i ordered a mild sharp italian, i got a regular turkey hoagie with american cheese. i understand the mess up, it said mild sharp on the wrapper and its understandable but i think the manager should lecture his hoagie makers on paying more attention to what they are doing, the service was fine. other than that its a good primos joint. i usually go to street road or trevose primos for my hoagies, trevose has always been good service and always got my order correct. i just want the kids behind the counter making the hoagies to pay more attention to what they are doing and make sure they get the right order because we really enjoy primos and come to this location frequently, i always tip good. the girl at the counter was great, she made sure we got our oil and vinegar on the side which the kids in the back making the hoagie forgot, the manager seems like a good guy. this is a close location for us so i hope in the future i get my order right and dont have to check the hoagies. my turkey was good but it obviously was not what i wanted because its not what i ordered, i wanted an italian mild sharp with sharp provolone because thats what i love and it is worth the money and tip but not when you get the wrong sandwich, i looked forward to that sandwich for two days... in the end i didnt bother calling them to whine or get a refund because i worked all day and finally got home and was worn out so i ate the turkey and it was fine but was somewhat dissapointed because i love their italian hoagies. like i said i love primos and hopefully i will have a better...

Today they have shorted me another 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, mixed up two sandwiches with components making them both wrong, and uneatable by the people who ordered them. I called this time as I was hoping for a quick and easy resolution, and was told there was no manager available, and that we could just come back to get the missing item. I will be trying a different location moving forward. check your bags before you leave as there is no quality control at all at this location
I have ordered from this location dozens of times, the last one however, I was shorted a 1/2 lb of Mac Salad, and two of the 3 sandwiches that were ordered were wrong, or poorly assembled/not up to usual standards. Typically, I wouldn't write a bad review for 1 bad experience out of 20, especially with the way things are going in the world right now. That being said, I attempted to reach out via email and their website, and I have not been contacted about my order 3 days ago. Also I can't say the errors were due to it being busy and there were plenty of people standing around in the location behind the counter, and only myself in the store picking up my order. So I took 1 star off for lack of customer service, and 1 star for getting 80% or the order wrong. My Order # was 207125
