Let me start by saying this is my first every negative review, I try hard to be positive everywhere but my experience here today was so frustrating and offensive I had to share. I purchased a Celine bag for $199 today from this store. It was lovely and I was so excited. I did question the authenticity to the very kind employee who assured me it was real, the tag also said it was a designer bag that retailed for $1500 plus. So I purchased it in good faith and I was thrilled. When I got home I realized quickly that it was fake. I called the store and told them and told them I would be returning it. It’s not legal to sell fakes. Period. When I got there the manager had the store lead ready, she was to take pictures and analyze my receipt like I was trying to steal from them. I was treated with hostility from the beginning. The kind lady who sold it originally was there tho and she could attest to everything I was saying. I didn’t alter the bag, it had been two hours! I just wanted my refund. I spoke with the manager on the phone who argued with me that she could sell fakes as long as she disclosed it, this wasn’t disclosed and then asked me for 5 mins so she could verify some things and after 20 mins I asked her to be called back. She stated she was trying to authenticate it herself. Not sure how… the bag was in the store. I gave her the reasons I found it to be a fake. She very begrudgingly agreed to refund me. If the bag was real I would’ve kept it. The whole thing was so disheartening. They scammed me and then treated me like the crook. Additionally I had purchased $38 on other items and used a store loyalty card for $5 off. She took $4.20 from my return even though I had earned that loyalty reward from spending my good money there AND I had purchased other items that would have had that $5 applied to it whether I had purchased this fake bag or not. The whole thing was in such poor taste, especially for a faith based organization. Side note, one of the pants I purchased had a giant hole in the seam as well but I didn’t throw a fit about that. If you don’t know what you’re doing maybe don’t have a store but selling damaged items and replicas and then treating the customer like they were wrong is just not ok. I won’t ever step foot in this store again. It’s a shame, I love to support women’s organizations but I will most definitely find another...
Read moreWhat a gem!! I was so excited to find this place - there is such a great mix of amazing finds including jewelry, clothing, shoes, and various accessories. It is set up like a charming boutique and you are free to browse to your heart's content; However, if you need help, they are friendly, willing to chat, offer suggestions, and happy to accommodate - I'm always greeted when I walk in and made to feel welcome. I've asked to try on things from the mannequins and have never been made to feel like it is a burden or an annoyance for them to pull items down. The dressing rooms are big with plenty of space and there is even a small section of the store with comfy seating and toys/books to help keep children occupied during a shopping session. I love that proceeds go to a worthy cause and highly recommend...
Read moreWe went in this location first before visiting Fayetteville. This location has a great amount of business and business casual looks. Their prices are amazing and fair, and everything is super well organized. Everyone shopping there was very vocally impressed by the store. We picked up quite a few tops and enjoyed it so much we stopped by again a few days later. A cashier mentioned that they put around 200 new items out every day, we went on a Thursday and Monday and still saw quite a few of the same items on Monday. It would be an awesome store to stop by at least once a month. The Fayetteville location did have some younger, more expensive brands and had a lot more to choose from. Everyone working...
