I’ve been following this business since before they opened. I was so excited to hear of a new place to thrift in Bentonville since most thrift places are in Fayetteville. This place did not disappoint!! They have so much cute stuff and it’s all organized by sizes and colors which makes for an aesthetic atmosphere. The workers are friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I noticed that there was different colored tags so I asked about it and they let me know that in the future these will dictate sale prices, so for future visits pay attention to this!! Since they sort by sizes, they do have some plus size and maternity selections which is always a bonus. They have two dressing rooms which are concealed by curtains so you don’t have to worry about asking for a place to change as well as a return rack for anything that ends up not working out for you. They have a selection of handbags (designer and not designer) as well as a shoe rack with space for trying them on. All the racks are evenly spaced making the sales floor roomy enough for wheelchair access. They’re located right off of S Walton Blvd in between Burger King and Osage Park, it’s a small storefront so it can be easy to miss. This is now my favorite place to thrift in Bentonville and hopefully it will be...
Read moreJust your average, ordinary, overpriced used clothing store where the staff gabs nonstop amongst themselves and occasionally acknowledges the customers -or exchanges backhanded insults about them, all in earshot of the customers. A lot of tired, mid handbags. (Kate Spade, Michael Kors) One or two designer items (Dior) priced about what you’d expect for used. A couple unremarkable Vuittons, if anyone is still doing that. Seems there’s always stuff piled on the front counter, obscuring items in the display case. Fought the urge to snag the cute Coach on display in the entry, but decided to leave it for someone who really needs it, instead of adding to the collection of Bags That Never Get Used.
All in all, this seems like the kind of place for people who are trying too hard, and carry their self-worth in logos and “brands”. Also, found several items with holes and stains.
All that said, there is one spot not to miss: the grab bag by the door. If they have one in your size, definitely get one. Seems this is where the cute, stylish stuff goes at the end of the season. Definitely...
Read moreI first visited Flawless Consignment to see if it would be a good fit for selling work clothes I no longer use. Much of my wardrobe has been purchased from Talbots, Loft, Nordstroms and the like. I wasn’t really shopping but was thrilled to find a couple bags full of tops, bottoms, and dresses! I now have a much more relaxed and casual lifestyle and was thrilled to find outfits that met my needs. Since that time i have made several drop offs to consign and even more visits to shop! The store is clean, organized, and pleasantly displayed. From the moment I first visited the store and every time since, I been warmly and sincerely greeted as well as offered assistance. Clothing items are well cared for, free of flaws, and follows current trends. The professional knowledge of the owners is evident in the inventory carried. I enjoy following LIVE sales and have been impressed with the variety of designer bags. I find myself trying to make time in my regular schedule to see what’s new at Flawless! I am very thankful for the business in...
