Record Downtown — Attraction in Bentonville

We had our wedding and reception at the Record in November - it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! My husband and I immediately fell in love with the space when we toured last year - not only is this venue huuuuge (making it super convenient to have both ceremony/reception under one roof), but it has such a cool aesthetic appeal with the brick, concrete, tall vaulted ceilings/windows, etc. It is an amazing blank slate that can be completely transformed into anything you want - I was in awe when I first walked in and saw all of the decor, tables, flowers, etc.; it was absolutely stunning and was clearly a result of the best teams EVER coming together. The staff were amazing to work with (shout out to Corinne and Patrick) and they already had connections with our wedding planner, florist and catering company so it made everything a breeze!! We had booked The Record for our wedding. As if the event space isn't fantastic enough, we could not have been more pleased with the event coordinators that are on site. They were so helpful and eager to help wherever they could. We had to cancel our plans due to the pandemic and they were more than willing not only to reimburse our deposit but were so kind in offering to help and check in through the process - even after we had cancelled. Unprofessional! visited the venue in june, and my friends and i camped over night to get front row spots for the show the next day, and they were nice enough to give us numbers of the order we got in line in, so we could leave the site while they had an event during the day. about 10 minutes until doors they let in about 5 people before us because their parents were rich and sponsored the event, knowing damn well we camped out to get those spots. when we started asking questions they started getting rude and laughed at us.
