Hello all reading this. I’m big on leaving my feed back for great experiences but I always share my unfortunate experiences as well. This was by far the worst haunted house I’ve ever been to in my life! Yes LIFE!! I remember being a kid growing up in Cincinnati, OH hearing about “7floors of Hell” I remember thinking it’s this building with 7 floors and there are 7 levels to get through if you can make it. I remember thinking omg “hell” so there is fire at the bottom level trying to burn you as you race up the floors!!!! Of course I was a child then and now know that’s not even possible lol. But I’m an adult with a car who can drive hours away to experience this place I’ve always heard about. Of course we heard this is a popular attraction so we bought our 7 attraction experience w fast pass so we could make it through all 7 in one night. We arrived around 9pm not too late but not too early. These lines were PACKED! So of course I’m extremely excited for what lay ahead but to my extreme disappointment it was a waste of a drive and $315 for me and my friends. Every haunted house was flooded and at 4/6 houses we only seen one or two actors! In one house a girl sit eating claiming to be on break for the reason she didn’t try to scare us, another a actor got hit and everyone working left the house but at that point why not close it till it was ready for paying guests!? The best part of the night was trying to dodge huge puddles of water in the dark from the rain. By the end of the night after paying for pizza the size of your palm in a pizza box the size of a med pizza “like why would you have a box that big just for the disappointment of a lunch-able style pizza” nachos with cold cheese we had had enough and decided to start our long drive home. It hurt my soul because if you know me I probably visit 10-20 attractions a year because I LOVE being scared! I usually say “not good this year we can try next year” I couldn’t even fix my mind to think of that. This will probably be the only time I ever visit this place and I still haven’t told all my many followers about my experience yet because I’m embarrassed! I hyped this place so much because I try to give people places to visit worth the money and experience but I just can’t and won’t do that with 7floors. I hope someone gets this place back in shape because the reviews from 2 weeks ago are what made me want to come. It was sad seeing all the people waiting in the general admission line who had not yet been in the empty houses we just got out of. A couple of my friends told people in line what was waiting inside and you could just see the disappointment on their faces as they got out of line. We even decided to try the last house before we left just to try and have a good experience from ONE! When we arrived at our last house we even told the workers what happened and he “promised on his job” the house we were going in would change all that! So again we got some hope and entered. It was “okay” there were a couple times actors jumped out and caught us off guard but it still was just not “it” when it comes to the whole concept of haunted houses. We could see the actors running to their hiding spots up ahead so we knew they were coming! I’m spreading the disappointment for 5 people so excuse the lengthy review but I’m still just at a loss of words for how unpleasant this night was! I hope someone sees this who actually understands my feelings and can help make it a better experience for people to come...
Read moreIf I could give a 4.5 I would. But I would say this. I was really skeptical about going again. Every time I've went in the past, it was not that good. My daughter wanted me to go and I wanted to spend time with her. So with that being said, I will say 7 floors really outdid themselves this year. I can't compare it to last year, because I haven't been there in over 3 years. The characters were great...especially the dude with the chainsaw chasing people in the crowd. He really paid attention to who was paying attention and who was not, and whomever wasn't he made sure to scare them well. The only complaint I would have is the spacing between groups. Some of the people punching the tickets at the houses were cool with it. Only reason is, I ended up having two accidents while I was there. A large group was in front of us (8 or so) my group was in a dark room with only strobe light and i was turning a corner and I heard a scream and out of nowhere someone from the group in front of us, clocked me in the jaw, and chest and didn't even apologize. (I know the workers can't control that, but what upset me the most was in one of the houses they had that "blow up" tube that you have to walk through, well again a completely dark room and it was only my group (4 people) and i somehow tripped over something on the ground going through the tube. i went hard on my knee (concrete)...i ended up having my daughter fall on top of me because she had no clue that i fell, then a person from our group ran into her but didn't fall and i had a bunch of people yelling what's the hold up, i honestly could not get up and my daughter was trying to help me in the complete dark. I got out and walked into another room limping and just wanting to get out of the house because i was in a lot of pain and one of the characters yelled "get moving your holding up the line" I turned and said i would but I fell "and he ran off into a hidden room"...he heard me and didn't even stop to help get me out or ask if i was okay..nothing. But other than that...you guys were AMAZING this year....I will most definitely...

Edit: Also disappointed to see people connected with 7 Floors leaving biased and fraudulent 5 star reviews. Dropping my review from 2 to 1. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I definitely won't be going back now. ......
My family and I visited 7 Floors of Hell for opening day and we're beyond disappointed. I'd been years ago and remember being very impressed, but for the $200 tonight cost us, I honestly feel ripped off.
First, we got there around 7, so an hour after it had supposedly opened. And yet, there were basically no signs directing us to the correct part of the fairgrounds, so us and a few other cars drove all around before stumbling on the correct path.
Then, while checking in, signs were still being hung up, walls were being duct taped, and one entire haunted house wasn't even ready yet. A worker said we'd just have to come back another time. Which would mean driving all the way to Berea (which isn't close) and paying for parking again.
Now, all the workers both inside and out of the haunts were great. The scarers did a great job with what they had to work with, and the people checking tickets were very friendly even though the system to scan Internet ticket was terrible and didn't seem to work for anyone. However, the houses themselves were also a let down, being in tents instead of the fairground buildings, which made them short and chintzy.
Basically, if your attraction is going to be open Sept. 15th, it should actually be up and ready, not in various states of construction when guests are already there. This was no small cost for us and certainly wasn't worth the...
