A Big Discount Warehouse — Attraction in Bergenfield

5/5 experience. If you’re looking for somewhere that is efficient, well mannered, and knowledgable look no further than here! I had a last minute decoration that I needed for that same day and this place was perfect. They took the time to walk me through everything, giving a detailed breakdown of all the different balloons and set ups that I could do. I didn’t know much as this was my first time dealing with a project this big and they held my hand through everything! Whether it was from how I should set up the balloons, the different types of streamers, or even explaining how to fit all these things into my car, they took the time to explain everything! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars if possible. Next time I’m in Jersey I will definitely be visiting here if I need any...

PROS: This place always has interesting things in it. Every now and then I'll swing by and look to see what they have. They state that all the prices they have are reduced from what other sellers have them at, but I was never able to find that out. The employees there are nice, especially this one guy who looks to be in his low 30s, white, average built.

CONS: Their website needs to update when it comes to new shipments, especially fireworks and sporting gear. Their parking isn't that big and the store seems cluttered.

I got 2 balloons for my daughter’s birthday one day in the morning and by night time one of them was already deflated. I took good care of them, followed instructions such us not leaving them in the car, etc, and it was deflated nonetheless. I took it back the following morning and they inflated it again but didn’t bother to check if there was a problem with the specific ballon since apparently balloons coming bad is not a possibility at all.
