==== 2-week update ==== I am SHOCKED that my nails still have not lifted or chipped at all, and it’s been 18 days since I got them done. I wash my hands a LOT, do the dishes, shower daily, and have even went to the beach and in the ocean, and they’re still in amazing condition. Seriously do yourself a favor and get your nails done by Trianna/Kha, because she works magic on your nails!

I’ve been coming here for a little under 3 years, and I won’t go anywhere else because of how great the service is and how much care and detail they put into their work. I usually schedule appointments over the phone, but when I’ve walked in, they were always able to take me within 30 minutes.

For manicures, I always ask for Trianna/Kha!!!! I usually do a full set of acrylics with gel and design, and she always amazes me with her skill! She is incredibly detailed and takes her time prepping my nails so that they last a long time. I needed to get my nails done at the last minute before leaving for a trip, and she came into the salon on her day off to work with me. We stayed way past closing time, and she still took her time to make sure the prep and the artwork was perfect and made sure that I was happy with her work. The prep and design were IMMACULATE! For pedicures, I typically work with whoever is available. They’ve always done a great job cleaning my toes and feet and make sure to get off all the dead skin and cuticles. I’ve gotten a pedicure from Nancy in the past, and she’s always such a joy...

I’m so disappointed!! I read many reviews and did my research thinking this place might work as my new nail spot but after the service today I am rethinking that. The service was unprofessional! My two expectations were that my cuticles wouldn’t be nicked and that they give me the color I want. Neither happened today on a day when I need my nails to be good for engagement ring fitting.

I feel my service today was terrible! At the start of the appointment I showed them pictures and explained what I wanted (a mauve matte color that’s neutral with fall vibes, see Amazon pic). Instead I got pink summer vibes 😡. Throughout the process my nail tech didn’t listen to my requests even after I stoped her at the start to say the color is too pink and continually asked her to be more careful. She didn’t clean my nails thoroughly. (I literally came in with dirty nails to be cleaned and not once did she clean the underside of my nail bed so I’m left with unfinished wrong colored nails with gunk still in them (see pics). Absolutely horrible to the point I now feel the need to cry due to a ruined day meant to be exciting and happy for ring shopping.

I have one star because the women who worked on my feet got the color right and did a great job but the lady working on my nails was very unprofessional. Didn’t listen to me and my requests. Was she new?! I’m surprised at such bad service. So very...

Amazing nail and wax services! I posted a review a year ago but wanted to chime in here again. These amazing nail technicians who do a fantastic job creating the best, long lasting mani pedis. I have loved my nails and have admired the gorgeous manicures they do for others. They keep up with the latest trends and are happy to provide ideas when you're not quite sure what you're going for. And I have come to rely on my Lee's consistently impeccable waxing services. She's got a gift for getting them just right. Lastly, even though I don't make it in as much as I'd like, they always welcome me brightly, remembering all the special occasions that I was prepping for over the years. I encourage you to go to them, and become a regular customer. The more they get to know you, the more customized the services will be.

Their space is bright, clean and super comfortable. They always take the time to understand my needs, whether it’s a basic mani-pedi or a special occasion custom design.
