Simply amazing. So I came from the Washington D.C. area for an event and shipped my awards here so I wouldn't have to check them on the plane. The shipping company delivered the awards....somewhere.... The afternoon before I need awards, Toni and Jacqueline stayed past close to help a stranger save their event and I have all my awards done and engraved the next morning.
