Now to review my favorite BK. Started coming to this one (Berkley on 12 Mile) when the one closest to my house closed (Woodward & 13 Mile). EVERY time I come into this location, the staff is engaging (from the Mgr, the Cashier, and any counter person delivering my order). I am greeted when I walk in and asked genuinely "How are you doing today?" I usually modify my order (to "Have It My Way') and they always get it right. I don't go through their drive thru because it's nice to be waited on by people who take pride in the work. Great customer service does not mean I'm just a number in an app to be served quickly. To eat out is now expensive, I expect good food/service & a great experience because not only am I paying for it, I deserve it. Keep up the great work, team!

Then this person came to the window with our food saying that they were out of bbq sauce multiple times. I guess he was "joking". I guess some people think it's okay to joke about modifications on food and then still make the food incorrectly. When I called back up there the person I spoke to said that the only sandwich that he sold was to a man. You sold that man two sandwiches. One was for his girlfriend. I guess that was too complicated for the person I spoke to on the phone to comprehend. I came back to the restaurant to get a refund and he definitely had a nasty attitude when I asked him if he was the person I spoke to and then when I asked his name he said Breez and stuck his head out the window to spell it and also to let me know that no one in his family has access to a dictionary.
