Armadillo Printwear — Local services in Berkley

Incredibly disappointed with Armadillo Printwear. I went in with a massive order in December 2018 (included t-shirts, hats, mugs, totes). I picked up my order in January. Everything was great, except for the hats. More than half of the logos placed on the hats were off-centered. Armadillo provided a discount and promised to look into using a different hat to finish the order. It's now June, 6 months after picking up the original order, and Armadillo has failed to provide a solution. E-mail after e-mail after e-mail completely gone ignored. I would call to check up on the status periodically always receiving the same answer: we're looking into suppliers. Today, I had enough. Called and said, "If you can't complete the order, just tell me and I'll take my business elsewhere." They said they couldn't complete it. Thanks for wasting 6...

Have worked with Armadillo for nearly 10 years and NEVER have had an issue with delivery dates, quality, or sizing errors. Unbelievably personable and professional. Able to do small runs and huge orders even with complex, multicolor designs. They will take your professional artwork or can take a hand-drawn design and turn it into something fantastic. Pricing is extremely competitive, too. There literally is not a better printshop in the Metro...

Jon and the whole staff are AMAZING! Very quick to reply back via email to any and all questions. Price was great and the shirts turned out awesome. Even ready a few days before they were suppose to be done. They even did no contact pick up. I would definitely recommend and use again...
