Let me start with saying that Bridget at Nashville Apartment Locators is a total ROCK STAR!! After a couple of conversations and messaging, she had surveyed the things that were most important to me in finding a new home in order to match me with the best properties for my preferences. Shortly thereafter, she sent me an incredibly detailed list of potential properties and units for me to review in preparation for a tour that she would be setting up for my next visit to the city. This list was not only very detailed but also included an interactive map showing where each property was located in the city. Extremely helpful! Upon arriving into Nashville we coordinated a couple of dates to tour the properties that were most viable. Bridget had done all of the legwork to set up these tours with the property managers and scheduled them so that we were able to efficiently see them in a very concise order. I was actually blown away by the preparation that she had clearly done to make the tour very effective. The bottom line is that Bridget and Nashville Apartment Locators are incredibly professional and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable she was of the markets and all of the properties that we toured and many that didn't match my criteria. Having no knowledge about Nashville or the neighbourhoods, my husband and I were clueless about how to even begin! And to make it worse we had just a week to plan and three days to see apartments and make a decision! Safe to say we had more than 99 problems but finding an apartment wasn’t one of them thanks to Sara Murphy!

She understood we wanted to see 4 different neighbourhoods and took the time and effort throughout our week of planning. We ended up with almost 12 apartment buildings to tour as we had multiple virtual calls during that week. Sara was always quick to respond and had the best deals to show us and the best advice regarding what we may need.

Coming to the actual three days of apartment hunting, Sara spent almost three days with us going to each apartment! She waited patiently as our requirements kept changing as we saw more and more places! Finally when we had in our mind exactly what we wanted and needed we were left with not one but two amazing options thanks to Sara! Even at the end with two amazing options, it was a struggle to choose and Sara patiently worked to help us figure out which would be better.
