5 stars isn’t enough for myheartcreative!! I came up with this idea to launch my online business and came into it completely blind. Sam and Amy from day one gave me advice on things that doesn’t even fall under their services just because they wanted me to succeed! Amy designed my logo and the amount of thought and detail she put into that truly blew me away. Then came the design of my website. It is the most beautiful site you will ever see! Every little detail they thought about it. Font size. How it will look on a phone vs a desktop. All the I’s were dotted and all the T’s were crossed. I am a terrible writer. I gave Morgan and April a page of run-on sentences they needed for content and they re-wrote a masterpiece from my words. I truly owe them all so much! Then going live. I was texting and calling them about little things I thought were huge deals and they just took care of it! 9pm emails were answered and 6am frantic texts were taken care of! I was on a call with my shipping rep and I was texting Sam some questions and he just dropped what he was doing and got on our call to answer them. The service they put into their clients is like none other! They walked me thru the training process of my website and didn’t look at their watch when I was well over my time limit. The first thing that struck us about myheartcreative was when we first contacted them via their website, we received at call from the owner within 5 minutes to discuss our ideas and plan. A few days later we had a meeting with them at their office. During that meeting their entire team listened to our ideas for our business and the kind of design we wanted. A few days later they came back and absolutely knocked it our of the park! They took our thoughts and ideas and showed us what they were supposed to look like! I swear they can read minds...

I want to publicly share our experience with Myheartcreative. We actually won a 2- hour photo session through a fair we attend called Bump, Baby, & More Expo that MetroFamily hosted. Myheartcreative assigned a person to follow up with me. Morgan did an outstanding job. She corresponded with us in a quick way, she listened to what type of pictures we were looking for, and personalized our photo session. We are so thankful we were able to capture these special moments and facial expressions our brand new son made. Every time I look at the pictures I go back to that day. Morgan was patient with my little one, anytime he needed a break she was more than willing to step back and allow us to comfort him, she drove to our home where he was most familiar with and took amazing shots.
