Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bethany

My sister posted this 3 weeks ago and I had not had time to comment on it or leave my own review for this horrible service there were some details left put about how when she asked the guy and the girl if they were going to help us the young girl was very rude and started making rude comments and the whole time the guy was trying to make the drinks the girl did nothing but cross her arms give us dirty looks and make her lil comments she thought we cld not hear rude comments also my sister was right in her review this food was cold we didn't get any of the sauces ordered for the cheese sticks which were Ice cold and when we finally got some help at the window they had non of the drinks readyim not sure why it showed our ordered being prepared then done and on the way 30 min before this yet non of the drinks were done and they had no idea what drinks we even had to pull up the ticket again and show him what the drinks were and then even after that we still did not get the right drinks but at this point there was no helping they just stood there staring at us it was very awkward I so did not mean to interrupt there plans on another visit to the dumpsters with no trash affair he didn't even attempt to fix the drinks anymore more and when I told him we didn't get the sauces and the that the food was ice cold he just stood there and said nothing was the most horrible and awkward experience I've ever had at sonic and I hope to never experience it again I did paste my sister's review on her as well from 3 weeks ago and I'm going to post a cpl pics of the ticket # 550 from that night so you can see this is not a joke and I hope no one else has to go thru this same experience

Ordered online at this sonic 5 sonic grilled cheese burgers, cheese sticks, and 5 large drinks. Placed order at 9:50pm. Arrived at the sonic at 10:05 pulled into a stall and let them know we arrived we waited for 30 mins. I noticed 2 employees in the back by the dumpster. A male and a female they were laughing and hanging out behind the door that closes the dumpster area. We sat there another 5 mins and attempted to call the restaurant with no answer. We pushed button with no response. We then drove up to the drive thru window the two employees looked at us sitting there and went back to the dumpsters not carring any trash whatsoever. I asked why they were not responding to our several attempts to get our order. One of them the male said the stalls close at 10 and they cannot hear them. We finally got our order and everything was cold and we had to let them know what are drinks were. I don't even want to...

This is probably the worst Sonic in the OKC metro in both quality and service. Took just shy of 30 minutes to receive my food on my last visit on a Saturday during the mid afternoon hours, not during any typical meal rush. I wouldn't have stayed, but I ordered ahead using the app and I had already been charged. From the time the board showed that they "were on the way" with my food to it being delivered to my car was 11 minutes. When I finally received my food, it was obvious that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least the 20 plus minutes I sat at the store waiting. With how melted my milkshake was, I would suspect it was there too. The person before me must have given up because the red button was still flashing when I pulled in. An employee eventually answered and said that the microphone was broken so I would have to push the button again and then immediately moved to another stall to take their order. They said that they were going to reimburse me after the absolute cluster of a performance on their part, but honestly I'm not sure they can figure out how to do that correctly. I fully expect a double charge by the time they're done.

If you're wanting anything more than just a quick happy hour Sonic drink, then for the sake of your own sanity and blood pressure go to a different location...

So, I was in stall 14 for 10 minutes hitting the red button, thinking, okay maybe they're just overloaded with orders, I get it, I work in fast food. And it kept resetting, so I decided to move to the next spot over, stall 13. No biggie. Well, I push the button, and it blinks, and I'm like wow, I'm dumb. Then, it loads a screen that says your order will show up here. Aaaand, there's no one. The only reason why I'm here is because I have a sore throat, I wanted a shake and I was just in the area. Still, no one talks, but finally someone comes out to take my order and tells me that both of the machines are broke, so they couldn't take my order. 1) that's not my fault, I've never been to this sonic, how was it supposed to know. And 2) put up some signs or something, like really? And so she takes in my order and it's already been like 30 minutes by the time she comes out with my shake. And she's like "your total is $3.90" and I was like, "I paid with my card on the machine. Do you need it again..?" I don't want to be double charged, but if it gets me out of here, sure. And she's like "I'll be right back". So, for about 40 minutes of waiting, I finally got my shake. Yay.. I should've just left. At least they got it right, though. And that's why it's...
