If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with such rude managers in my life, and none of the employees know what they are doing.

On several occasions, I was given the wrong change back, I wouldn’t be surprise if they weren’t losing money from there. I had my husband turn around and walk the money back into the store, not to many people would do that. Yet, they treated my husband like an idiot, mean while they’re giving free money away.

And then, I was charged twice for one purchase, once when checking out, and then again, in the middle of the night after the store was closed!

I tried going into the store to dispute the charge explaining the money was taken from my card during the night while they were closed, which overdrawn the card and I was penalized for it. I only use the card for small purchases.

I was confronted with a rude manager named blue and was told to come back in three days, if my money wasn’t returned. And of course it wasn’t returned. My husband called the store, spoke with the manager and he was told for me to come back to the store to get my money.

One should not go to any chain pet store expecting expert knowledge because the people there simply do not have it. I have multiple doves, an amazon parrot, bearded dragon. and multiple guinea pigs and I don't expect these people to know much more then what those animals are. They will give you starter tips and recommendations like any pet store but otherwise go to a privately owned specialization pet shop or research yourself. that being said they have a small selection of reptiles and birds that I find to be mostly overpriced, but I wouldn't buy my pets from a pet store anyway. The animals they do have appear to be in general good health and taken care of better then most chain stores would. Like their name states, Pet Supplies Plus is great for pet supplies. They offer good deals on many pet essentials like bedding and housing. They have bulk food for small animals and birds that is available for purchase. It seems to run out often but, they get shipments every wednesday-thursday so its best to go Friday or Saturday to make sure they have what you need. The staff is friendly and will help the best they can. Not a huge selection but what they offer is...

As for corporate, I can't say I care for them or their decisions /customer service, but the store itself is nice at this location. The staff seem to genuinely care for customers and the animals. You can also price match several major retailers, which is so nice. We shop here a lot and are overall pleased with our experience. As with all pet stores, if you go in and handle an animal, u could potentially bring something home to your animal of same or similar species if u don't wash your hands, etc. When introducing new animals to your existing animals, you should do a minimal 10-14 day quarantine before introducing. Some guidelines even suggest a month. This includes hand washing especially and washing or changing clothes and items the new animals have had contact with. These precautions, while they can get repetitive, cxould save your original pets life if you've brought home a friend for them with a potential illness.
