They should really change their store hours online (where the store hours claimed to have been updated 2 days ago by the business), their automated system you’re connected to when you call AND the CVS app which ALL say they’re open until 10 pm
The only way you find out is when you show up at 9:02 pm after checking ALL THREE of these sources for hours and have the extremely inconsiderate manager with the short blonde bob come running up to you as you start to look and yell at you that their closed even though their store doors are open.
Maybe as a person who is supposed to be in a position of leadership as a “manager” would realize these very OBVIOUS reasons why someone would think you were open and not assume that your customers can magically know your store hours based on the sign with the change to store hours posted in extremely light, poorly written handwriting without having to drive out of your way to find this out. But instead of realizing that people are unaware you’re closed thanks to YOUR careless lack of attention to details and handling the situation in a professional way by expressing a sincere apology, she chose to come aggressively and very rudely at me as if I had done something so wrong.
I highly DO NOT recommend this location. Take the extra 10 min it takes to drive to the Washington Rd. location where the employees are actually considerate of their customers.
And for a “health oriented” large chain corporation, you would think one of their priorities would be making sure their store hours are consistently and accurately updated for the welfare of their customers that they are carelessly doubling their risk of exposure to COVID-19 by causing multiple trips people have to take based on their incorrect store...
Read moreHorrible experience! I stopped yesterday on my lunch time for work to pick up a few things. 7 items totally $90 + . When I got back to work, I looked at my receipt, and they charged me TWICE for one of the items and it wasn't even back to back on the receipt. It was the third item and sixth item! I immediately called them and they said they would put a note at the front desk about it. Today, I made a special trip to go get my refund. I stood in a line of people with one older gentleman at the register. His customer was having a problem so it was holding up the line. There was a line behind me as well. Then the Manager comes over and starts waiting on people also. Finally my turn and I get the older gentleman and when he saw it was about a refund, he said the manager would have to help me and to step behind the person the manager was helping. When it was my turn, someone who was BEHIND me in the long line went to self check out and self check out had a problem so he left me there to help them first. When it was my turn again, he says, oh I see there going to give you care credit? I said....ummmmm...... NO I was charged for an item I did NOT receive, I want a refund. He said well you're going to have to go get another one of those items so I can scan it. So now I had to walk to the back of the store, with a bad foot (which was what the item was for) and go get him another one to scan. I'm sorry but shouldn't that have been HIS place to do? They made the mistake and I had all of the inconveniences!!! I will go up the road to Walgreens from now on! Very poor...
Read moreThe last store we shoppd on Washington Road at Fort Couch Rd Bethel Park has been the best for stock items. It is somewhat more organized with available product. But they two admitted they cant figure out what items will be accepted on Aetne Cash Card . However my wife also an Aetna member advised that if item had a large or small blue square on the item price label and an also "OTC" lettering it would be accepted. But we did have some items that did not have a blue imprint that did have "OTC" on label and was accepted on the Cash Card. But the CVS labels with a smallest Font 1 numbers do not always coinside with the numbers in the Aetna Catalog and is creating the root of the problem. But I am not complaining; Just trying to get to the root of the problem. My brother also a Aetna member has just given Up and will not complete the surveys or will use the card. So I advised him he is contributing to his own problem. He also is upset that he was advised the CVS Cash Card would be accepted at Walmart for food purchase's? But that is not what Walmart understands and advises him that it does not accept CVS Cash Cards for Food. I am not aware if that is another Aetna Cash Card benefit ?...
