I am so thankful that I found my wedding dress at Occasions for so many reasons. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I’m so happy with my experience because of the service that Gail and her team provided. She gave her honest but extremely polite opinion about what would and would not look nice on me - and she was100% right! I believe it was Gail who actually pulled the dress for me as she thought it would look great on me (although she let us pull and try on whatever dresses we wanted to). She answered all our questions and concerns about the dresses and has such a calm and motherly demeanor - which is exactly what I needed! She took my wishes seriously and I completely trust her. In all my dealings with her I felt as though she was treating my dress and the vision of how I wanted to look on my wedding in the same way she would have treated her own daughter - she wanted my experience and my dress to be perfect! They never rushed me to make a decision and when I found my dream dress they made sure to find the perfect accessories to dress me up and they let me keep the dress on as long as I wanted when I was too excited to take it off!! It was such a memorable day and experience that I won’t forget - made even more special because it was at Occasions.

In addition, I ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses from Occasions as well. I will admit that I was a little behind schedule in picking / ordering the girls’ dresses and one shop made me incredibly nervous even telling me I might not get the dresses on time and to not even try on the dress I had my heart set on. It was no problem for Gail though! When I showed her the dress and my timeline her response was “I will make it happen!” A few of my girls even commented to me how nice she was on the phone when they called with their measurements and how helpful she was in talking through their concerns with sizes, alterations, etc.

Came across this bridal store via Google and I must admit I was glad I did. I made an appt of which I was running about 30 minutes late and Gail was more than understanding. Upon my arrival she greeted me and immediately took me to the area of wedding dresses. While there she took the time to understand the styles I was most interested in based on my price budget. Based on her assessment, she put aside a few dresses for me to try on....The first dress I tried on was gorgeous and exactly the look I wanted. The only downside was the fact that pictures of the wedding gowns were prohibited. This of course is no indication of bad customer service. The 1-1 attention was outstanding. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking that is unsure of the exact style that would be complimentary to their body type and personality and requiring 1-1 customer service. Beware!! So disappointing, went to this store on a recommendation......I finally found my gown for my daughter's wedding thought Gail, the owner, was pleasant. She had "a never tried on" gown in that back that I was looking for, set me up with her seamstress. Paid for it an was very excited. Going to try to make this short. I felt like beads were not tight, etc. I called my dress seamstress and asked for her to look at it for alterations. She advised me the dress had been altered prior, turned it inside out and showed me the fabric stitching, etc and told me it was worn. etc. Upon returning the dress to occassions, Gail the owner acted like she couldn't believe it and said they never did anything to the dress and didn't know how/why it was that way. Talk about being slapped twice. I am sure dresses are inspected when she purchases gowns and I am sure a vendor would not send her a dress that had been altered/used. She did reimburse me, probably because there were other customers in the store. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. Please be...
