Went into the mall location at around 10:30am 3/24/17 There was one employee with a ton of tattoos standing behind the center counter staring at a computer screen. Didn't acknowledge me even when I said hello to him. I had called the day before asking about a Nintendo Switch. The employee on the phone told me they usually get shipments anywhere from 11am to 2pm, and were expecting to receive some. After standing awkwardly waiting for him to reply to me, I told him that I'd like to just wait for the shipment to come in to see if any switches were in it. Upon hearing this the employe did not reply, and continued to stare at the computer. At this point I wandered off to a different part of the store to wait. Around 5 minutes later he walked to the back of the store and peaked into the back for a few moments. He then came out and said sorry no switches today, with no other context. I asked politely oh did your shipment come in? He still didn't make eye contact with me and seemed visibly annoyed by my question and said no there are no Nintendo switches. He then then just went back to staring at the computer screen. Despite acting extremely shady and rude I took his word for it as I was not about to question him further. However while leaving the mall I watched UPS pull up and start carrying packages into the mall. I was tempted to go back in but I was so turned off by the employee's behavior that I decided agains't it. I'm not positive that he was lying but he was so incredibly rude I'm not sure what to believe. I contacted the heights location and received great service over the phone so I will just make the drive to that location from now on. I would recommend replacing tattoo guy with someone that can actually participate in a two minute...

My husband and I came into the store looking for the new PGA tour 2K25, my husband looked at the disk and said I can tell you right now that this game has been used as it has a scratch on it. No when we purchased it we did not get the protection plan because we trust it's NEW, he preceeded to tell us that's how it came . Didn't even let us return it as we never even left with it. He was extremely rude and avoided my question all together. Plus hire people with good hygiene my goodness his hair was greasy and he did not smell pleasant. Read moreThe fact I've been shopping at this place my entire life and they change policies on a whim to hurt the customer. I bought a 249.99 controller with a 69.99 hardware warranty. I got stick drift so I exchanged it for an equally priced new one and paid another 69.99 warranty. It happend again but this time the manager told me the policy changed and he would give me a "used" one. I didn't buy 249.99 controller with 69.99 warranty for it to be exchanged with something different. You're all a scam.
