Riddle's Jewelry - Billings Rimrock — Attraction in Billings

I'm not one who writes reviews but this one is a must. One of my wedding bands came unsoldered so I decided to bring it to the mall to get fixed the only problem was I couldn't remember if I got my bands from Samuel's or Riddles. So I went to Samuel's first and told them my problem and see what they could do..well she wasn't much help. I had them check my name & husband's and we weren't in their system. So I asked how much to fix it and how long. Well she kept looking back at her boss and said he was super busy and wouldn't get to it until Thursday, today was Monday. I look back at this man, who was sitting with his feet on his desk, texting. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I came into Riddles with a poor attitude due to my last disappointment but was greeted by a very nice lady named Rebecca. I usually don't remember people's names but this young lady seriously blew my mind. Her level of professionalism was off the charts! She was so patient with looking my information up and tried to spell my name other ways just in case it got put in wrong. Unfortunately she couldn't find me but she still wanted to help me with my problem. She thoroughly looked over my ring set and told me what all needed to be done and prices. I was so overwhelmed with her kindness and helpfulness that I decided to go with them. My ring would be done by Thursday and would get a phone call. She took all my information down and again introduced herself and was looking forward to seeing me on Thursday. Well it was hard not having my ring on my finger after 6yrs but once Thurs came I was so excited to pick it up. It was absolutely perfect! Cleaned shiny and fixed! Unfortunately another kind lady helped me with my check out but I waited to thank Rebecca personally. I have never had such amazing customer service ever! Incredible service and for now on I'll be heading to your store if I ever need a fixing or a jewelry purchase....

This Riddles jewelry store in the mall scores a 10 out of 10 in my book, all day long! I impulsively decided to swing in before work a couple days ago, just to check out their sterling silver selection. I was approached by an associate by the name of Beret. She inquired about my interest and didn’t hesitate to inform and show me exactly what I was in search of! I was honestly very surprised by the vastness of their very affordable selection of quality jewelry. Beret was so pleasant and informative through my whole visit, and best of all she was so patient with my indecisiveness. And she even went and hunted down the color and size combo that I wanted but couldn’t find myself! I had such a good first experience there that I decided to go back again today and yet again, Riddles did not disappoint! I had Ady, my boyfriends 10 year old daughter, with me this time and we got the pleasure of having Beret to help us again. And as expected she gave us another outstanding customer experience. And thanks to Beret’s insight, pleasant demeanor, and most of all her colossal level of patience, Ady and I both ended up leaving with a beautiful treasure. But the whole reason I wanted to leave this review was to give a shout out to Beret specifically for not only being wonderful at her job, but also and most importantly, for going out of her way to chase me down after we left the store before we exited the mall to return my hat and a literal wad of cash that I so carelessly dropped in Riddles at some point during our visit. The level of effort and honesty displayed by this wonderful young lady goes above and beyond most people’s these days. So thank you Riddles for the wonderful jewelry, but thank you most of all to Beret for restoring my faith in humanity! This girl...

My fiancé and I had shopped and shopped for rings and every store we entered was like there was something holding the employees back from their full potential or ability to involve themselves with us. When we walked into Riddles the whole team welcomed us into there store and we were immediately acknowledged by the team of employees. They asked what was in our interest and the best part about this store is they didn’t try to convince me or my fiancé of anything other than what we were looking for. I give this place 5 stars because they sold me on the most beautiful piece in the store. I’m thankful for the amazing customer service that they have provided us with follow up phone calls. NOT HARASSMENT, but to let us know of sales going on on the peices we have expressed interest in. I have been shopping for a while and haven’t received the level of customer service from anyone of the stores I’ve visited compared to riddles.
