Birch Bay Leisure Park Association — Attraction in Birch Bay

RACIST STAFF, the caucasian male with a black ponytail sitting in the front entrance booth called me the "n" word under his breath multiple times while filling out their sign-in sheet, and when driving through the property, the Canadians living here were LITERALLY yelling to "get out of here, your color doesn't belong here!" Even their children were screaming racial slurs while riding their bikes around our car!!! You wouldn't believe how awful this place is until you visit yourself, stay away, VERY scary location and I can't believe how disgusting and vile, a place like this can even exist... such a shame because Birch Bay is so peaceful and beautiful....

Staff changed in 2021 roughly. The new management is horrible. Completly unprofessional and utterly adversarial. The rules and regs have become so burdensome that most residents feels completely micro managed and attacked. Since the park-wide flooding caused by the new management and their overseeing of the bath houses reno that froze and also flooded, dues have skyrocketed! This trailer park has been driven into the ground sadly and until the entire management has been replaced, expect things...

Was recently fooled by "family friendly" status. If you restrict your children to your trailer like leashed animals, then a large segment of the membership is happy and you won't be burdened with excessive fines for childhood play. Look elsewhere like the Glen at Maple Falls, or Whatcom Meadows, or Black Mountain Ranch. Same ammenities and you won't be...
