You have a great product and in a prime area. Some feedback.... First the cellular reception here is terrible, multiple networks, not just limited to one carrier. This would be fine if you had WiFi, but you have to pay $50 for 10 days worth of WiFi. It is 2025 and you are charging for a standard amenity. Would you like to be charged for toilet paper when you use a toilet? No, you assume its a part of the experience.
Next the Chromecasts in the rooms would be awesome to use, if I didn't have to pay $50 to be on your network, so there goes another amenity. Come on guys thats just salt on the open wound. Offer complimentary WiFi if your going to offer Chromecasts. If I rent a car with Android auto or Apple car play I don't have to purchase my Sim card from the rental agency so I can use maps or spotify. My stuff just works.
Also, the rooms are not toddler or baby efficient. If anything is lower than 36 inches, it should be round or smooth. Not sharp. Get new coffee tables and side tables.
Finally, your kitchen knives. Please change them out. Dull knives are a liability, and the experience can be controlled. New knives for a property this size is an easy expense and can make all the difference. Sorry, last car metaphor. When I rent a car it doesn't come with bald tires.
Again, you have a great product, kind team, and great location. You have the ability to make an A+ experience. So, do it already.
And no, I don't want to call you to discuss my experience. Lets not waste each other's time, my...
Read moreLove this place, I will update my review if they can update the amenities. The pool area is dated and needs a update. This place is a gem and in a fantastic location. You are right on the water. The local restaurants and shops are fun and I'd recommend visiting a few while there. Many places you can walk to from the resort. There is disable parking and access in the building. The staff and service was excellent! The place was very clean. The rooms are layed out well. The doors and kitchen cabinets doors need updated to soft shut doors. The appliance need to be updated as well. Overall with a much needed updates to these things, it was still a fantastic time. A must visit for a family trip, adults only or just on your own. There is so much to do. I'd recommend checking out a hike near by and the parks. Bring a bucket to collect some fun treasures while the tide is out. Water Sox or shoes as there are areas that are rocky. Camera is a must!, to capture all the gorgeous photo ops and wildlife. We typically visit at the end of July or in August but you could go any time of the year. The town of Blaine is quaint, near the...
Read moreI booked a room online in the beginning of January to celebrate a milestone with my partner. The day of arrival, without being notified , I was told the hotel in which I had reservations had flooded due to frozen pipes and I would be redirected next store to the neighboring hotel. After being redirected to the hotel next door , I was greeted by a lady behind the desk that went ahead and charged my credit card $900 for a deposit that was supposed to be $100 which still has not been rectified. I was then referred to a very pushy lady trying to get us to sit through a conference to buy into a time share which I had to decline 3 times. The rooms were OK , amenities were always FULL of people , quiet time is 10pm but apparently no one got the memo and to top it off we were awoken over the weekend by 2 fire alarms. Needless to say my quiet, stress free trip was anything but. There was also night shift construction right in front of the hotel which I wasn't notified about either. I wish I would have gotten a refund instead of trying to make the...
