Had a negative experience today with horrible customer service, very disappointed in how supervisors/managers handled themselves. They are setting low standards for their employees because they are not leading by example. As I stand waiting to check out at a register, that has a light on, but no cashier to be found, 2 supervisors Marcella & Alicia sit and chit chat at the front of the store. One of the females made eye contact with me twice, not once, but twice and still continued on with her conversation. I asked the gentleman one aisle over where the cashier was and he said she should be back any moment, si I wait. After a few minutes I lug my 30 lb bag of dog food over to the other aisle to check out. The entire time 3 supervisors are at the front of the store just talking. How do I know this? I asked the young man whom cashed me out for their names. Paul, Marcella & Alicia from the Bismarck store did not assist in making the customers experience better in any way at all. Read moreCopperhead Horse Rescue wants to give a huge thank you to the Bismarck Runnings and especially their manager, Bradley! We were in need of four corral panels. We called Runnings to see if they had any in stock. When we called, we did not realize it was 30 minutes after they had closed for the night. Bradley still answered the phone. We explained we needed the four panels tonight to help keep a horse secure. Bradley agreed to wait for us to drive from the north end of Bismarck. When we arrived, he met us, and helped us load the panels. Bradley did not know who we were when we called. He did not know the corral panels were for a rescue. He simply displayed exemplary costumer service. We are so grateful because we needed the panels to help keep our newest mother and mare safe and secure. We cannot say thank you enough to Bradley and his dedication. So please, the next time you are in Runnings say hi to their manager Bradley and tell him thank you for helping Copperhead...
Read moreThey were happy enough to take my money and tell me how great their house brand car batteries were, and tout the 36 month warranty. But when the car battery died in under a year, and I brought it back, they would not do anything for me. No replacement, no refund. I am not sure if I don't understand what a 36 month replacement guarantee means, or THEY don't. Either way, spend your money somewhere else. This place does not stand behind what they sell.
EDIT After contacting them, they did get back with me and Cam and Bradley made this right, replacing the in warranty battery. No way I could know, but they tell me someone was watching the dept that usually doesn't handle that area. Seems like she could still have been more helpful, but I am all about the end result, and I am happy with the end result. ...
