I went for a mid-morning coffee & eats, & was near this location. I ordered a beverage, & wanted to reload my card, which only had $2.99 on it. I explained, to take enough money out of my bank, to cover today's costs, and an additional $15. After it was all done, there was only $6+/- on my Starbucks card..🥴 She apparently didn't know how to do the math. So, to save time, I told her to add another $10 onto it. By this time, my food should have been ready to go... NOT! So, I waited...a barista asked what I needed,..I replied, my food. So she gave me the breakfast wrap, whole. In the showcase, it was cut in half, & was too hot to hold in one piece. She said she couldn't do that. I asked for a plastic knife & fork...& Proceeded to eat this bland meal. I went to the window again, & asked if the wraps came with a sauce,...She said, " oh yeah, Sriracha or Ranch, I replied Sriracha, AND napkins. Every little detail, you absolutely had to beg for it, when it should be automatically given a choice of. This whole time, the little square footage had a sound track from a movie blaring, that you couldn't hear what the barista was saying to you, plus the masks. It was like a torture to sit there and finally eat it in the blaring noise....
Read moreI am a frequent visitor of Starbucks, and have been to many locations all over the country and in Europe. This morning, I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had in a Starbucks at this location in Bismarck. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated with kindness that surpassed the norm. They even have little vases filled with roses on the tables for Valentine’s Day. I pushed through a mobile order, a bagel and a drink that’s not often made correctly. My drink was the best I’ve ever had it, ever. Seriously. My bagel came with cream cheese, that unfortunately it was as curdled/lumpy. I asked for a new cream cheese and they made me a fresh bagel AND provided me a “your next drink is on us” card. I’m seriously blown away. Every single individual in this very small location was beaming with kindness. Thank you Starbucks. I hope...
Read moreI was actually headed to the Verizon store, the one that's right next to Starbucks. The reason I was going to the Verizon store in Bismarck as opposed to the Verizon store in Mandan or some other store was because it seems to me like the Verizon store downtown Bismarck is more knowledgeable. It really makes it hard when a person doesn't have a home computer or Wi-Fi. So to look for public Wi-Fi places tends to be a little difficult sometimes. Don't get me wrong I tried on my side of the town, but they weren't open yet even though the recording on the phone said they were. And knowing from purchasing a phone yesterday, that day open at 10:00. Even though the recording on the voicemail is wrong. So I didn't even go to Starbucks.... I went...
