If only I could give a negative 10. I went in February to purchase a lg washer and dryer. a woman salesperson attempted to help me, she seemed off as if she had been drinking or maybe on drugs! she wanted me to find the skus of the items that I wanted to purchase because she was unable to locate them in her computer system. I should have known then this wasn't the right place for me and I should have walked out, after trying to let her help me for 45 minutes with no sucess, she saw my frustration and asked if she should get someone else to help me which I definitely agreed with. I was finally successfully helped but instead of me getting the washer and dryer I wanted they said that it would take to long to come from the warehouse so could I pick out something else, which I did it was no problem. the manager was super nice and helpful. Fast forward to 2 weeks later when delivery arrived. one of the delivery drivers was hollering and berating the other driver to lift the appliances higher to stop trying to sit it down, while the other driver was hollering I'm tired I'm tired begging me for water. which I happly obliged because I will give water even to a stray cat! after that I stepped out to take a phone call for no longer than 15 minutes. The next thing I know the driver was approaching me on the front porch asking me to sign a tablet which I did and he gave me a delivery form with nothing written on it a blank delivery form. I didn't think anything of it ,when I ended my phone call and went in the basement to check the appliances they did not hook up the washer and dryer they did not leave the necessary hookup for washer and dryer and to add insult to injury there were big black marks on the side of my washer and dryer. I ran upstairs and told my son to try to catch them but they acted as if they didn't see him. upon further investigation I noticed they dented up my refrigerator and freezer which isn't even 3 months old ! I attempted to call them at least 10 times no answer they had only been gone for 5 minutes. So of course I called the store to let them know the issue and to also get the manager of the delivery company Number Jeff, because it's outsourced it's not through ABC Warehouse. I was told by the acting manager that she would call whoever she needed to call and get back with me about the appliances I obviously wasn't expecting ABC Warehouse to fix the refrigerator and freezer, never heard anything. I spoke with the manager of the driver who stated that he would do his investigation, I also called corporate and spoke with the regional manager by the name of Rob. after speaking to Rob he informs me he would get in touch with the store 5 minutes after hanging up with the regional manager the delivery driver manager texted me stating he was speaking with his installer about getting my refrigerator and freezer repaired. because it had been found out that the drivers forged my signature on their forms now if it's a two-sided form how is only one of them filled out with remarks out but mine is blank?! now that was a month and 20 days ago I have yet to hear anything... in what world would I pay $2,000 for appliances that are damaged with no compensation and or replacements, and on top of that now with a damaged new refrigerator and freezer. I'm now currently taking legal action because under no circumstances will I take a loss when this could have been handled so much more professionally. please I encourage you guys to stay away from this location ABC Warehouse used to be okay back in the day the service is completely deplorable and that's my fault for thinking shopping in Bloomfield Hills would land you a better experience never again save yourself the heartache...

Purchasing my appliances from here has turned into an absolute nightmare. The delivery crew was careful and did not damage anything, very respectful and polite - but that is the only positive from this experience.
I instructed Justin Woodard, the ABC Warehouse salesman, that I'll need a gas line ran for my stove. He told me no problem, our installers do that and gave me the price quote for the installation. The installers (Andy Haddad and 3 other guys) show up after delivery and tell me a number twice as much as what I was quoted for installation. So Andy Haddad pulls out the fax from Justin and finds that it does include a gas line. I refused to have the gas line installed and said I would get a contractor to take care of it. Instead he told me I won't have to pay anything extra for the gas line and he will work it out between himself and Justin and installs the gas line.
Take a look at the photos attached! They ran the gas line through my AIR RETURN DUCT. So if gas leaks, it'll make its way through my entire house and any single thing could make my house explode. Not only that, I had two contractors look at their work and they told me you are not allowed to use the Yellow tubing for gas lines anymore and they are supposed to seal the connections which you can see in the two other photos that they did not do and the floor plate behind the stove is supposed to be bonded.
So in summary, ABC Warehouse sent me unqualified installers who have performed ILLEGAL work and left me with a hazard on my hands. By the way, I notified Andy Haddad of this and he said they would fix it but he does not answer or return my calls anymore. Incredible...

My initial experience was frustrating. The doors are not automatic meaning my husband had to struggle with the wheelchair to get me in.
As he struggled togetmeinside, a mature saleswoman with long, graying hair just stood there about 8 feet away and watched. She didn't move to hold the door or offer any type of assistance. She did, however, jump in our face as soon as we were inside in a ridiculous attempt to get our sale/commission. (I've spent too many years in service to fall for those shenanigans lol!)
I asked for another salesperson -"literally anyone else"- and we finally met a very kind man who was quick to help us find the PERFECT chair (and a new TV :D).
This was a huge deal for me because it meant I'd be able to get out of the bed and hang out in the living room for the first time in 10 months! So exciting!!
The delivery was ultimately delayed as they were out of stock. I was devastated. I took a chance and called the main customer support number asking for what they call a "heart line".
Within minutes the district manager called. I explained the situation with their inventory and pleaded with them to allow us to receive a floor model (no other chair came close to this one's comfort...which is probably why they fly off the shelves).
They were all so kind and accommodating! I had a floor model arrive within a couple days and it's such a huge quality of life improvement 😌
ABC has a new lifelong and loyal customer! I will never shop for furniture anywhere else.
