I didn’t want to even give a 1 star. We purchased a platinum membership (90 days) in May that was for unlimited play, laser tag, pizza, popcorn or chips..etc for $60 per child. After a month of going, they started to tell us that the platinum promo is no longer in effect. There is a different promo and they have to go by that new one. We showed proof of screenshots of the platinum purchase for each child. The manager Amy keeps arguing about it and won’t let us have the snack that they’re supposed to have and the laser tag. I contacted the district manager named Tom . Let me just say he doesn’t act like a district manager at all. Very unprofessional and when I explained the problem he says oh you’re just gonna have to talk to corporate. Then became downright rude when I told him I’m contacting the district manager about a problem that his location is having and that he has a responsibility to contact corporate if there’s something wrong in his system that is not working right and showing that she paid for a platinum membership. Needless to say this place just likes to take money but not give the benefits for the purchase!! The other problems we experienced are, air conditioners are broken so it’s very hot in there , does not have enough staff to watch children, laser tag area, food court, front desk/check in area. Last Sunday there was only 1 person who had to work in the food court, laser tag, and watch children- WTHeck!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Read moreHad an extra hour so I brought my 9 year old to play. Bought the ultimate package which was 'unlimited' bouncing, warrior course, rock wall, laser tag, and battle beam. It even came with a $3 arcade card. For $30, it seemed reasonable. We bought a water and my son started bouncing. About 15 minutes in, he wanted to go climb the rock wall. There was no attendant to hook him up, so he asked the worker watching the bouncers. He tells me that she said no. Confused, I ask her to help my son get on the rock wall and she says that she the only one here and so he can't do the rock wall until another employee arrives in 45 minutes. So I decide to go find a manager. After all, what is the point of selling unlimited anything if there's a limit to it? The manager was a 14 year old who informed me that her hands are tied until another employee shows up in 30 minutes. There were 4 girls standing behind the registration desk while she's saying that nobody can assist me. So I ask for my money back, since my son is not going to be able to have $30 of fun with the time we have available. That's when she informed me that there is a no refund policy, but she'd be happy to give us another worthless unlimited wristband for the 'next time' we come in. Like there would be a next time. I gave Urban Air 2 stars only because my son did have fun bouncing on the unlimited trampolines in the short time we were there. Management needs to either a) make sure there's enough staff to cover the entire facility or b) put some fine print under the term 'unlimited.' **Update: son was able to get on the rock wall before we left but was rushed off because the worker was...
