Absolute rip-off. I bought four of the $35 tickets online so we could do everything offered. We never got to do dodge ball due to the endless small children that were corralled in there by their parents. The climbing wall had one adult harness and many of the "rocks" were turned upside down and sideways. It was hit or miss on whether you'd have something to hold on to. I do recommend wearing your tennis shoes for the climb. Our passes allowed us unlimited laser tag. The vests were not charged. The two women at the desk blamed it on the previous day's shift. We got to play one game. There were maybe 15 vests total and there were only 3 that were 1/4 way charged. My husband and I gave up our vests for our two older children to continue playing. There was a fog machine in the laser tag area not in use. It would have made laser tag much better. Otherwise you're just running around in a black light filled room and easily visible even with barricades. The arcade is lackluster. Not many games to play and the tables for parties took up needed real estate. Those tables should have been placed anywhere in the unused rooms.. I would love a refund on my $157. We got took. Or at least a partial refund for the lack of laser tag.

My family and I purchased the Platinum monthly pass and it is so worth it! We used to come here every so often with our three kids and they have a blast! We are a blended family so we have the kids off and on with different schedules so getting the pass allowed us to come whenever we want and with whatever kid combination that we have! With the pass whether we come for 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a great time. It pays for itself with the first visit! I love that you can reserve your times and the way they manage it makes it so you don't have a million people there all at once! I have two younger children so that makes it nice not to have to worry about them getting ran over! All of the staff has always been super amazing and helpful. And they have the patience of saints! We will definitely be purchasing the monthly passes when these ones expire!

I took my 18 month old daughter today to check it out and we had the best experience! The staff was so kind! They let my daughter carry one of the foam balls around because she was obsessed with it and one young man was even playing with her and the ball! The bigger kids were all so nice and very cautious of her because she is small and even cleared out one of the dodge ball areas so she could play safely with some balls. There’s not much specific for her size and age but everyone was so kind and great that she had sooo much fun! Shoutout to the parents of the kids that were there today as they were all so respectful of my daughter and giving her space to play as well! As a very anxious and new mom, this was a great place for me and my daughter to play and have fun together. We will definitely be back!

I didn’t want to even give a 1 star. We purchased a platinum membership (90 days) in May that was for unlimited play, laser tag, pizza, popcorn or chips..etc for $60 per child. After a month of going, they started to tell us that the platinum promo is no longer in effect. There is a different promo and they have to go by that new one. We showed proof of screenshots of the platinum purchase for each child. The manager Amy keeps arguing about it and won’t let us have the snack that they’re supposed to have and the laser tag. I contacted the district manager named Tom . Let me just say he doesn’t act like a district manager at all. Very unprofessional and when I explained the problem he says oh you’re just gonna have to talk to corporate. Then became downright rude when I told him I’m contacting the district manager about a problem that his location is having and that he has a responsibility to contact corporate if there’s something wrong in his system that is not working right and showing that she paid for a platinum membership. Needless to say this place just likes to take money but not give the benefits for the purchase!! The other problems we experienced are, air conditioners are broken so it’s very hot in there , does not have enough staff to watch children, laser tag area, food court, front desk/check in area. Last Sunday there was only 1 person who had to work in the food court, laser tag, and watch children- WTHeck!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

  • Update- still no contact from management with my daughter after a week writing this. Tom does it REALLY matter who bought the tickets or who did the review?!! I was there at the time and was there when she showed Amy the proof in person. Taking a complaint to a manager who wouldn’t handle the problem, and then taking it higher to a district mgr who doesn’t handle the problem professionally is pretty sad. I guess their philosophy does NOT include customer service after spending almost $200 on premium season passes and not honoring the full promotion that...

Hi, my name is Kameron Bailey and I want to tell you about a place that you can take your family to and have a fun time. It’s called Urban Air and Oxford Michigan. It’s a beautiful place to take your kids to. It’s a nice trip. It’s nice trampoline place. It’s very clean the staff there are very nice. The food there is very good. I really enjoyed it a lot when I was there their pizza it’s amazing. Their chicken wings are awesome and I hate to say it, but they are actually better than Buffalo wild wings, and the staff. There are amazing. They answer your questions if you have questions their parties there are awesome for the for the kids. The trampolines are pretty cool. I really like the trampolines. The managers are awesome. I just there’s nothing bad I can say about this company because everybody’s really good they get along just fine. The staff get along. They treat you like you’re part of the family when you’re there at Urban Air. I definitely will recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a place to take their kids because I think it’s awesome. The front desk staff are amazing. The kitchen staff are amazing. The court monitors are awesome. The managers are cool. Laser tag is amazing. The people that run. Laser tag are awesome. Had an extra hour so I brought my 9 year old to play. Bought the ultimate package which was 'unlimited' bouncing, warrior course, rock wall, laser tag, and battle beam. It even came with a $3 arcade card. For $30, it seemed reasonable. We bought a water and my son started bouncing. About 15 minutes in, he wanted to go climb the rock wall. There was no attendant to hook him up, so he asked the worker watching the bouncers. He tells me that she said no. Confused, I ask her to help my son get on the rock wall and she says that she the only one here and so he can't do the rock wall until another employee arrives in 45 minutes. So I decide to go find a manager. After all, what is the point of selling unlimited anything if there's a limit to it? The manager was a 14 year old who informed me that her hands are tied until another employee shows up in 30 minutes. There were 4 girls standing behind the registration desk while she's saying that nobody can assist me. So I ask for my money back, since my son is not going to be able to have $30 of fun with the time we have available. That's when she informed me that there is a no refund policy, but she'd be happy to give us another worthless unlimited wristband for the 'next time' we come in. Like there would be a next time. I gave Urban Air 2 stars only because my son did have fun bouncing on the unlimited trampolines in the short time we were there. Management needs to either a) make sure there's enough staff to cover the entire facility or b) put some fine print under the term 'unlimited.' **Update: son was able to get on the rock wall before we left but was rushed off because the worker was...
