Ideal Escape Rooms — Attraction in Oxford Charter Township

Terrible service! a few friends and myself, arrive with great attitude toward the fact that we were hoping to experience a good time trying to escape a room. Unfortunately I could feel the 1st employee getting shook, maybe she thought we were acting rude. We asked to see if we could get a deal, the sign said for 4 people we could save a few bucks, we had six of us. So our curious selves were hoping to get the deal plus two extras, that would have been dope!!! While we start deciding which room we want to escape, the first employee leave to grab management. I was very, very displeased with that man when he entered the main office. His tone was rough, he said with affirmation “it’s going to be 28 per person today with all of you”. I simply looked over at the sign which said 20 per person? I stand confused and asked about the sign. He said “I’d need a gift card for that”. Honestly, how does that make any sense? A gift card to get a deal on multiple people for one room??? Sorry, that logic threw my head right out of the window. I will not be stopping here, and I urge you all to read into this review and make sure they treat you with respect. Try to have them not gouge the prices either! Have a nice day....

We did all of the rooms at this location. They were fun and had great puzzles. The rooms are built well and they are immersive. As a group who does escape rooms often we appreciated that you can play with 2+ players and not have to buy extra tickets. Some places require 4 tickets to be purchased no matter what and we are normally only a group of 2-3. The owners and game masters were super nice. What a fun, family-friendly activity! The owners and staff are very responsive and friendly. I called to make arrangements to bring a group and the owner herself called me back and worked with me. We took a group of 6 middle schoolers who had an absolute blast finding the clues and Mona Lisa! It was a great team building activity, and would also be perfect for a teen birthday party.
