A decent Taco Bell located in Oxford. We swung though after knowing this was opening for a while in our town. We are glad to have one close and to check this off our list. This one is just ok. The service was super slow. It took probably about 10-15 minutes to get out food, which was only an issue because it was not busy and we didn't order much. A quesadilla and a crunch wrap. The people were very friendly though. No complaints. The food was decent. It was hot and fresh which was nice. Nothing stand out, flavors were a bit bland. That might just be Taco Bell now, I'm not sure. The lobby was clean and well stocked but it just feels so soulless these days. I miss the crazier decor. Overall it was fine. If I'm craving a crunch wrap it's nice to have one close by. Can't really recommend them but I wouldn't actively discourage anyone.

This location has become awful. Initially, I was very pleased with the food, but it has gone downhill. These are the last 2 grilled cheese burritos I got. $6 each. One was about half the size it should be (look at it compared to the sauce packet) and the other one didn’t have steak in more than half of the burrito. These are my steak nacho fries, which cost $5.85 after tax. Look at the size. It’s the size of 3 sauce packets. $2 per bite. If I’m going to pay $6, my food should be a decent size and have enough meat. Owner, you need to fix this now, as it is completely unacceptable. 3 straight awful trips.

Ordered here last night and only got a few items. We waited somewhere between 5-10 minutes for our food. Cantina chicken taco was burnt and cold??? Also the entire thing look like someone smashed it with a pan. The quesadilla we got, none of the cheese was melted and it was cold. Everytime I've been here, there's been a problem. Idk how a brand new fast food spot could have this many problems. Let alone how expensive everything is, I would think the bare minimum you'd be able to get hot food.

Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait an hour for ‘fast food’. Manager is extremely rude and needs an attitude check. Called them after waiting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes only 3 cars ahead of us and they proceeded to hang up on me after saying it was backed up due to a rush and the fact that she was training someone (lobby was closed and they had about 5 cars TOTAL in the drive thru, not much of a rush if you ask me). After finally getting to the window to pay the manager stood in eye sight of the window and proceeded to glare at me the entire time, grown adult might I add. She seems to have some great hobbies, glaring at customers and hanging up on them as well!! Peaked through the window and saw a few employees just standing around. (not much training going on, and clearly not stressed about the apparent “rush” they were having) Got in line at about 10:30pm and did not leave until after 11pm Ordered through the app at about 10:15 My orders are typically right about 50% of the time, whether they’re messing up the item itself or forgetting it completely. I’ll also add waiting this long is a VERY common occurrence at this specific location. At one point I had ordered through the app for asap pickup and ended up waiting in the lobby over 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, I had the same worker come up to me 3 times and ask what I was waiting for. These people have no idea what...

I was initially so excited so finally have a Taco Bell within 10 minutes from my home.

The first time we went, it was slow but they had just opened so we understood.

The second time we went, they were still slow. The thing that really irritated me is that my husband and I ordered pintos and cheese. We chose to dine in and I asked for a fork or spoon to eat the pintos and cheese. The employee told us that they were out of all utensils, so we ended up not being able to eat our pintos and cheese that we paid for. A refund would have been nice or a coupon for the inconvenience.

The third time we went (today) we decided to try the drive thru. There was an older woman working the drive thru who apparently does NOT know how to multitask. When we pulled up to order she told us to hold. We ended up waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes without her saying anything else. There was a long line behind us, but no one in front of us besides one car at the window. We ended up driving away. If you put someone at the drive thru it’s VERY important that they know how to multitask and can do two things at one time.

They literally wait for one car to place their order and get their food before taking the next order which is CRAZY!

Also the young employees are very unprofessional. Yes, I know it’s only Taco Bell but when we’ve gone in to dine they are playing loud music and talking inappropriately...

I never write reviews in general but the service here was so bad both times I have tried to go that I feel it is necessary.

The first time I went here, I went in to order. While waiting to order, the person on staff got so flustered that they went and locked the doors to the establishment so that nobody else could enter to place an order. Super weird and at the time I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it had just opened.

Today, I went through the drive-thru after thinking that maybe enough time had passed that service would be better. Unfortunately it was not. The time spent in line was absurdly slow for there only being 3 cars, and when I finally did place my order and confirm with the staff member multiple times what I was asking for, I still ended up with missing ingredient.

I'm not really tripping about the extra dollar that I essentially threw away because they did not add my single requested ingredient to my food (literally ordered 2 tacos w/ added rice), but the service was dismal in general. When I pulled up to pay, the cashier didn't say anything and just nervously laughed almost nonstop through the whole interaction.

I know Taco Bell is not a full-service restaurant, but for there to be bad service, long wait times and incorrectly made food is frustrating. I wasted my lunch break essentially.

Lesson learned I guess, avoid this place if at...
