Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Oxford Charter Township

Everytime I come here I go inside to order or pick up my food and Everytime I do NOT get acknowledged once. The employees don't say hello or even look at me. Mind you the lobby is always empty cuz I come during a slow time. The very least you can do is say hello to a customer when they walk in, goes a long way. Recent visit I ordered 2 Cali flatbreads off the app and went inside to pick it up and noticed only one. Waited an extra 5 min in case they were still making the 2nd but realized they weren't. Told one of the employees I needed another which they made and gave to me. What confuses me is why was the 2nd flatbread they handed me cold and had very little protein in it and the first one was actually made correctly and hot? UPDATE: After not going to this location for months I decided to give it another try. I order 2 Cali breakfast sandwiches. I get home to eat them with my girlfriend and I. We both noticed the avocado chunks they put in both sandwiches were absolutely ROCK hard and BLACK. How does that even happen? It tasted absolutely disgusting to the point where we couldn't just pick it all out. It absolutely spoiled both sandwiches and we threw both of them out. Almost $18 down the drain. I will never order the hummus veggie wrap from this location again, I was so disappointed, which is sad because it’s my favorite. The second I got it out of the bag I could tell it was going to be a mess. Hummus, avocado was already going through the paper, it was such a sopping wet mess. I picked this location as it had a drive thru, I didn’t feel like going inside and wanted to eat in the car, which was almost impossible to do with this sandwich, I couldn’t even finish it all, every bite just more things would just fall out. I was covered in ranch, avocado and hummus by time I was done. I understand this is a messy wrap regardless, but I don’t think it needed to be this ridiculously messy. I don’t normally complain about too much ingredients stuffed in a sandwich, but I think that combined with too much ranch made this product...

I had a banana berry smoothie of some kind and a chicken caesar wrap and really enjoyed both. My only real criticism with the food is that there was a bit too much chicken on the wrap and not enough of the lettuce and other toppings. It was like a massive piece of chicken with a little bit of lettuce and other stuff around it to fill it in (like 80%-20% chicken to lettuce/toppings), where as I would prefer it to be the other way around with more lettuce and less chicken. I suppose I could ask if they could make it that way next time though, because if so, it would have been amazing, as the ingredients were fresh, the dressing was delicious and the overall flavor...
