On a Sunday afternoon, the manager took our order. She was very snappy and rude even though there was no one else inside the store and I think one car was ordering at the drive thru. I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich. She apparently had never heard of it even though I was looking at it on the board as I ordered it. I was speaking clearly and loud enough for her to hear me, but she made me repeat my order twice. She finally looks up at the board herself and gave a confused look like she had never seen it before. I ordered a mixed berry smoothie too. Before we could pay, the manager walks away and started our food, I guess, even though there were 3 other employees. I saw someone standing around at the coldstone counter, someone making food, someone just walking around, and the manager. The manager comes back with my mixed berry smoothie, but the cup was only 2/3 of the way full. I didn't say anything, thinking maybe that's just the way they do protocol for not spilling drinks or something. The cook seemed nice, placing our food on a tray for us and providing napkins, even giving us a smile. But the manager, of course, had to hand the tray to us in a quick and rude way, almost like wanting to kick us out even though it was hours away from closing time. We sat down to eat our food, sitting behind a divider so the staff couldn't see us, because it just became weird/awkward at this point. We quietly talked about how the manager did not seem to want to be there at all. We were talking about how many good jobs there are in the area. We decided to give it another try and get ice cream after our sandwiches. We are still the only customers inside the store. Maybe 4 cars had gone through the drive thru since we were in there. We walk up to the ice cream counter and wait for over a full minute for an employee to notice us. Like I said, there were 4 employees total. We deicided to get little "to go" pints. We just wanted the ice cream and to leave at this point. My girlfriend ordered her ice cream first. The employee did not clean the slab that they mix the ice cream and ingredients on. Another party came inside the store and waited behind us. Someone finally comes to help the other employee out. Guess who it is...the manager. She demands "what do you want?" as if I was rude to here before the ice cream. I ordered what I wanted. Luckily, she knew what I was talking about this time, and without cleaning the slab once again, she throws down my ice cream and adds the ingredients. Im thinking to myself that I shouldnt have to say something to a manager about cleaning the slab,...right? The manager AND the other employee that made my girlfriend's ice cream both did not clean either of our pint containers. They just tossed them in the bag. We opened them when we got home (just a two minute drive) to find the ice cream had been dripping so we had to wipe off our containers. We shouldn't of had to do that. We shouldn't of had any trouble. It's a Tim Hortons and Coldstone. How hard could it be? And I say that with experience. So, a rude/snappy manager, a "i dont care" attitude just filled th whole place, and i got a raspberry piece in my ice cream. I did not order...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here's why. The last 2 times my husband and I have gone here, the service at the drive through is slow. My husband ordered a chicken and cheese panini, and what they gave him was the most pathetic sandwich we had ever seen. It was cold, and the cheese was not even melted (see photos). This morning, my husband went to the drive through. They took his order, he pulled up to the window, and NO ONE came to the window. He sat there for about 5 mins. We will NEVER be wasting our time at this sad excuse for a Tim Hortons. Save yourself some grief and go to McDonald's across the street, or Tim's...
Read moreIt's been awhile but it's still good. Was there for the coldstone part. Still soft and great flavor combination buy a little pricey. For the price I'd expect the cup to be full or better yet, heaped up. I expected to eat my fill and have enough for later since I don't eat anywhere near what I used to. Well, it was gone, not because I couldn't stop at a rational amount. It was because the largest size wasn't even a rational amount to begin with. So I obviously won't be going back to this location soon. I used to go here a couple times a week until they started closing early so I couldn't make it on time. Now the portions are so much smaller. It's one thing to make a profit but I recommend striving for volume from a good product and service, not per item and lesser quantity, a receipy for closing a business. So, great taste, portion...
